We all just getting ready to go to church after the invitation from Phylicia and I've yet to tell Terrence about the baby but I don't  really know how he will take it but I'll tell him after luck when we get back home. Things between him and I are a  it rocky,he came home when I already had slept and chose to wake up earlier than me. Brooklyn already made breakfast so we were just waiting for Terrence to come downstairs and then we leave

Brook:Ma
Taraji:Baby
Brook:I'm really thinking of moving out once I'm placed permanent at work because you and dad deserve your privacy
Taraji:No but I don't want you to go

I've formed a really solid bond with Brook and I don't want it to break yet

Brook:Ma...
Taraji:Okay baby listen I know it's something you want to do but not now
Brook:Why?
Taraji:At least move out after the baby
Brook:What baby?

She looked me and then my stomach.

Brook:AHHHHHHHHHHH I'M GONNA HAVE A BABY BROTHER OR SISTER

Taraji:Keep it down Terrence doesn't know

She moved from her seat and gave me a hug,at least there is someone who is happy about this baby in this house.

Brook:I'm definitely not moving out anytime soon. Oh my God I'm so excited
Taraji:Keep it under wraps for now

Terrence come downstairs clearly not dressed and decided to sit right next to me

Terrence:Morning
Brook:Morning
Taraji:Yea
Brook:Dad where were you yesterday?
Terrence:I had a court case then meet up with some friends
Taraji:What happened to being back around two?
Terrence:I just got held up its no big deal and I don't know why ya'll on my case at this time of the morning geez

Terrence has never been like this and I'm not liking this side of him

Taraji:Baby please fetch my bag and we'll get going

Brooklyn went upstairs and I cleared the table and placed the dishes in the washer while he continued eating

Taraji:You not getting dressed?
Terrence:No,you'll meet me at my mom's house along with Brooklyn. Oh and also my grandmother is there

I didn't know if I should tell him that we already met  because of how rude he's being.

1 o'clock pm

I really hope they don't ask me about Terrence's whereabouts because I honestly don't know and I'm not in the  mood. I walked out if the church with  Brook towards the car when Mrs London came to us.

London:Where is your dad?
Brook:I don't know
Taraji:He said he'll meet us at the house
London:What the hell is wrong with that boy,he knows better than to miss church when I'm around. I'll see you two at the house okay

I reversed out of the parking lot and went on the way to the Howard mansion.

Brook:What's happening with dad?
Taraji:Baby if I knew I would tell you
Brook:He  was out the whole night and went to a club which he rarely does and he went out with some woman for lunch
Taraji:Wait how do you know all of this?
Brook:He's all over the Internet embarrassing all of us,I really hope he doesn't do this again.
Taraji:What so you mean again?

I spotted the small florist shop and decided to pull and get Phylicia some flowers and have a small talk with Brook.

Taraji:Come on let's get your Big Mama some flowers

Taraji:Talk to me
Brook:Like my dad he has this thing if going on like a downward spiral
Taraji:What do you mean downward spiral?
Brook:He shuts down from everyone and just doesn't care about anything. It was after my baby brother died and it happens around this time of the year
Taraji:You want to talk about it?

She nodded her head and we walked out  of the florist with Phylicia's flower to the little coffee shop next to it.

Taraji:I didn't know you had a baby brother
Brook:Yea he died when he was seven and just after that my dad..
Taraji:What happened?
Brook:My dad and i don't really know what  happened because my mom woke up first but there was a break in and I heard a lot of noise happening downstairs and I stepped out of my bedroom same time as my dad and I could hear my mom tell Sydney to go upstairs so my dad instructed me to go back in my room and lock the door so I did that and after a few minutes I head a gun go off and I quickly ran downstairs and my baby brother was on the floor and my dad next to him. I had never seen my dad like that. He'll be find after a week or two so please be patient with him.
Taraji:Baby I love your dad so much more than words can describe but I've noticed Terrence and I don't know each other,our relationship was just too hasty because honestly I can't raise a baby with a man who doesn't open up to me when I need
Brook:I understand that my dad isn't the best partner right now but I know your the only person besides me who matters more than anything  so please don't leave just yet
Taraji:I'll think about but let's go before your grandma gets a fit

3 o'clock pm

I'm glad lunch at the Howard was great besides Terrence not being there and having me look like a complete idiot,I think the only reason I might bear being him is because if his daughter but I'm done with him.

Ben:Taraji it was lovely meeting you and I hope this was not a one time thing
Taraji:The pleasure is all mine and thank you so much for having me at your house
Phylicia:Tell my son to pick up my calls
Taraji:Will do so.  Good night

The drive to the house was a  quiet one,Brook could probably tell that my mind has been already made up about her dad cause I'm done.

Brook:If you leave I'm going you i swear
Taraji:Baby...
Brook:No I'm leaving with you,whose gonna help you with the baby
Taraji:I love you so much
Brook:I know and I love you too.

I didn't bother parking the car because I was grabbing my stuff then leave. We walked in and Terrence was sitting on the couch watching some sport game with snacks all over the table.

I walked passed him and placed the food his mom dished up for him in the fridge and came back to the lounge where Brook was giving him the same glare I did

Brook:Dad you promised  that you'd come for lunch and you didn't.
Terrence:Yea I forgot what's the big deal
Taraji:Terrence you going out to lunch with girls I don't know and hanging around clubs,what's going on?
Terrence:What you stalking me now?
Taraji:Terrence I'm not stalking you and who was that girl you were with?
Terrence:Someone who doesn't nag me each  and every single day and gets clingy when I have to go work on weekends
Taraji:Wow...

I went upstairs with Brook and packed my bags and everything that I needed with Brook watching me.

Taraji:Baby come here

I wrapped my arms around her

Taraji:I need you to stay here and take car of your dad because we both can't leave him just promise me that. You can come to the house anytime of the day okay?
Brook:I promise,I'll carry your stuff

Brooklyn carried my bags downstairs and once Terrence heard the shuffling he got up from the couch towards us

Terrence:Wait where you going?
Taraji:I'm leaving you Terrence
Terrence:Baby what do you mean you leaving me?
Taraji:You not treating me well Terrence and I can't be around you at this time
Terrence:TARAJI!
Taraji:Terrence please let me just leave
Terrence:MAN YOU DOING THIS SHIT TO ME  NOW REALLY TARAJI?
Brook: DADDY STOP SHE'S PREGNANT!
