Why did I get married? I'm Taraji P Henson and I'm married to Idris Alba whom I'm about to divorce cause shit
ain't working.  We've been married for eight years and I've been suffocating for the past seven years, ask me why am I still married to him?  He's the only person I've ever know almost my whole life, we grew up together went to the same school,well I finished school and secured my bag but he's been there since forever so it was kind of hard to leave him but I'm tired and I'm done!

I'm one of the richest people in the world, I also own a few shares in the NYSE and well Idris is UNEMPLOYED so this man has been living off me.  I'm ready for a divorce.

Idris:Morning baby

Idris:Oh we are moody I see, let's start this over again. Good morning baby

I just lost my appetite.

Taraji:Did you sign those papers
Idris:I told you I'm not signing shit, you not leaving me
Taraji:Oh yes I am, I'm not playing with you this time around Idris. YOU ARE GONNA SIGN THOSE PAPERS AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE!

Taraji:Instead of you being there for me, you should have been doing shit for yourself maybe you wouldn't be living off my money.
Idris:You forgot that we didn't sign any prenuptial agreement so if I'm leaving,i'm taking half of everything you own including this house, your car and all these companies and shares you own baby.

Why was I so stupid?

Taraji:You came into this relationship with nothing and you think you're about to leave with my money think again. Try getting a lawyer with your broke ass,by the time I get home be gone I don't want to call the cops on you.
Idris:You want war, I give you war.

I grabbed my stuff and drove to work, I know Idris is not man enough to try and test me like that so I'm not really worried.

I've been working non stop because it the only thing I do, I don't have friends my family well I just mix with them only my parents but we not very close and I don't feel like going into that conversation. My assistant Marlo walked all breathless and stumbling all over the place

Marlo:Mrs Henson I'm sorry to disturb you but you have to see this
Taraji:What is Marlo, I'm in the middle of a deadline and I don't have time for your stupid bullshit

I walked out of my office and all these employees were look at me like I owe them an explanation, this is my company. 

Taraji:WHAT Y'ALL LOOKING AT, GET BACK TO WORK

Before I even got to the exit, the paparazzi was swarming in like bees, I turned around and bumped into Marlo

Taraji:WHAT NOW!
Marlo:Your car keys, I moved your car down the basement area so they won't get to you

I grabbed my keys and made it downstairs and just sat in my car for a few minutes to get my head straight.  If Idris wants to play dirty then I shall give him dirt.  First thing I need a good lawyer.  Mark 💡 he's one of my partners and he owns a law firm.

Taraji:Hi Mark this is Taraji I need a good lawyer and fast
Mark:This is too short notice Mrs Henson and all of my lawyers have a case they dealing with.
Taraji:Its a matter of life and death,I'm on my way to your firm now
Mark:Mrs Henson...

I hung up cause he's the only firm owner I know and I'll be getting a lawyer from his company.

I arrived at the company and went past the reception cause I already know his office.  Seems like everyone knew about my divorce because all eyes were on me with their snickering and stupid stares.  I barged in his office and luckily he was alone.

Taraji:Mark I need a lawyer
Malinda:Mr Hawks she just walked in I tried to stop her but she wouldnt...
Taraji:I'm not a SHE and get out I need to talk to your boss in private!
Mark:Malinda it's fine you can leave us

His PA went out and I sat opposite him, Mark better get me a lawyer and real quick

Taraji:I'm sure you've seen what that excuse of a husband Idris did on social media

Taraji:Well have you found a lawyer for me?
Mark:Like I said each and every employee in here is dealing with a case already...
Taraji:No I need them to deal with my case and not any other clients, I'll pay double
Mark:That's not how things work here
Taraji:IDGAF! Get me a lawyer

He picked up the phone and called his assistant I guess

Mark:Malinda please get me the divorce department in my office ASAP

He hung up the phone and sighed in frustration

Mark:They on their way but I can't force them to work on your case and especially if you gonna be like that
Taraji:LIKE WHAT?
Mark:Try to be nicer than your usual self

This is me being nice what does he mean?!

Five people entered dressed formally three females and the rest were male and I should've made it clear that I don't want a female lawyer!

Mark:Where is Terrence
Malinda:He'sin his way sir
Mark:Okay Taraji these are the best lawyers in my firm address your case maybe they will want to help
Taraji:Firstly I don't want a female lawyer so ladies excuse us

They all have me stared at me like I'm crazy but who cares, the ladies went out and so it was just the two guys left.  Before I could make my decision someone entered making me lose my words for a few seconds. Get you act together

Mark:Nice of you to join us Terrence
Terrence:Im busy why am I being dragged in here Mark?

I looked at this Terrence guy and he was definitely a man but he seems a bit arrogant and I hate arrogant people,he's just too full of himself

Taraji:I need a lawyer and apparently you're one of the best in his firm
Terrence:Well I'm dealing with a case already so I'll pass on that Mrs Henson

How does he know me, oh I'm filthy rich after all

Mark:John and Devin y'all can leave

The other two guys left and I didn't realize that me and this guy were locking eyes until Mark cleared his throat

Terrence:Like I said I can't

Does he want me to beg?

He's eyes widened in shock
