when i woke up the next morning i could smell the delicious eggs evie was making in the kitchen.

i got up and did the normal wake up routine. i had a quick shower, brushed my teeth, and got dressed.

thankfully it was thursday so the week is almost over.

unfortunately, that meant i still had to go to work

i quickly sat down and enjoyed my eggcelent breakfast evie had made and headed out for work

every monday thru friday i have to get up early in the morning to make sure i make it on time to my job as a cashier at tesco

that's exactly the way i love to spend my weekdays

luckily for me i had an easy day

i went home took a shower and began relaxing. evie then walked through the door obviously just getting home from work. "hey e you ok?" evie seemed 100% fine i just wanted to start a conversation and be polite.

"yeah i'm good just had a long day at work today." evie said with a sigh. evie then went to her room and quickly got comfortable. she came into the living room and sat on the couch next to me.

just as evie sat down my phone went off.

night i hope you didn't get
yelled at to much

no i didn't get in to much

you'd be up for a round 2

after reading that i realized there was no way i could continue this conversation without telling evie about it first.

"hey e so you know how i came over so late"  i began

"yeah how could i not you called me in the middle of my sleep!" evie said pretending to be annoyed

i chuckle "sorry about that anyway last night i met a really nice guy and he took me to a café and i got a milkshake."

"you met a guy!" evie exclaimed

"yeah and we exchanged numbers here read these texts" i flip my phone over so evie can read over me and tobi's recent conversation.

"steph you have to meet up with him it's been a while since you met someone new." evie said clearly excited about my new found friend tobi
