12:30pm

Everyone finished breakfast. After we finished eating I was taken to Juan's office right away.

"Do you think you could stay longer Vivian?" Asked Juan.

Longer!? Even if I say no he'll just keep me here anyways.

"You're just going to keep me here anyways." I say.

"Though I do have to say I miss Agosto." I say.

<<<Leo's P.O.V>>>

''Agostó''

Who the fuck is that?

"Who?" I ask.

"My chameleon's name is Agosto." I say.

"I can get you 10 more." Juan said.

"But I want Agosto." She whined.

"Well you can't just leave and get your chameleon."

If he were to let Vivian leave he would risk not only her live ,but her friend's too. And he couldn't live with the death of his only daughter in his concisos.

"How long?" She asked.

"Your whole summer and maybe two more months." He says.

"That's not possible. Jessie's parents wouldn't allow it. Nor the rest of the other parents." She says.

"You'll make up an excuse." He said.

              <<<Juan's P.O.V>>>

"I can't just keep lying. And the girls are going to get suspicious." She said.

She has a point.

"Then what do you have in plan?" I ask.

"Well Im your biological daughter. Not my friends. You want me to be here ,not them. Why don't you let them go and I'll stay?" She says.

What a plan ,but there's some problems.

"That could be possible ,but your friends would be in danger." I say.

"I think they're in more danger staying here. Look , I'll stay here for as long as you want ,but please let my friends go. They'll just be in danger all the time if they stay here."

"What would you tell your mom?" I ask.

"Well I would tell her you found me ,and that I've decided to stay longer. If that's ok?" She asks.

"Yeah it's fine. You got all of that figured out just to keep your friends safe."

"Well they're my family," She says.

She cares about family. She puts family first. What an honorable thing.

I couldn't be prouder.
