Benny placed the empty Coca-Cola bottle in the middle of circle. There were eight people there total, including himself. Benny did not want the bottle to land on anybody. He did not want to kiss any of the people in the room. They were all 15. Everyone else had first kisses already. A few had lost their virginity.

Benny did not like anybody.

He thought long and hard about who he most wanted the bottle to land on. There were five girls. Maybe one of them. Benny was not gay. He was not attracted to men. He did not fantasize about falling asleep with a man in his arms. So this made him straight.

But Benny did not want to kiss a girl. He did not understand why other men wanted to kiss girls. He did not understand the fascination with breasts. They were just another organ, not something worthy of getting flustered over. So this made him gay.

But how can one be both not straight and not gay?

Benny must've hesitated too long with the spin, because the guy sitting next to him nudged his arm.

Any day now, Benny

He's probably hoping the bottle will land on Ashley.

My guess is Sadie

Spin the bottle, Benny

So Benny spun the bottle. It landed on Kamrey, a petite, quiet girl with blond hair cut into an elegant bob and glasses pushed up the bridge of her nose.

Kamrey smiled, and stood up. She reached out her hand. Benny reluctantly grabbed it.

Benny could not back out now. He pulled Kamrey closer. He quickly pecked her lips. She sat down a giggling, blushing mess.

Benny felt nothing.

The game continued. Benny had to kiss three more people; two girls and a guy. The guy ran to the bathroom after the kiss to wash his mouth. He did not want to kiss Benny. Benny was not hurt, because he did not want to kiss the guy either.
