Chapter 9

Kate's POV

I woke up on my alarm it's *7:00Am* I need to get ready for classes
Yesterday was the best day ever
I removed the covers. I noticed that I was still in yesterday's dress, the last thing I can remember is that I fell asleep in his arms. He probably carried me all the way back here.
I got up from bed and walked to the bathroom to take my morning shower and brush my teeth.

I got out of the bathroom and chose my outfit for today, I chose a light yellow shirt and a high-waist jeans and I placed the shirt inside it and pulled my hair in a messy bun.
I picked my bag and my phone from the night stand.
I unlocked my phone to see 1 unread text it's from Bae by the way that's his contact name on my phone. I opened the text
From: Bae
Good mornin beautiful :* see ya at art class

I replied
To : Bae
Mornin. I'm omw :*

I got out of my room and started walking to my first and favorite lecture Art
On my way to class I saw a familiar guy OMG! That's Chris the boy from my neighborhood I've always hated him. He was with me at school and he used to bully me.
He's walking towards me!
"Heeey little Kate, I see you didn't change a bit, you're still a loser" he said giving me a fake smile
"Leave me alone you asshole" I growled
"Oh you didn't" he said
"Yes I did" I yelled at him
He held my wrist tightly "Don't call me that again you understand" he whispered harshly
"No! Now let me go" I tried to push him away but it was of no use he was way stronger than me
He tightened his grip on my hand and pulled it back harshly.
"Let me go you fuckin asshole" I yelled trying to get away "Leave me alone" he still held my wrist tight it's really hurting me. Unwanted tears fell down my cheeks
"Let her go" I heard Zayn yelling at him from behind
"What if I don't?" he said harshly
Zayn ran towards us and punched him in the face it was strong enough to make him fall on the floor
"That's what's gonna happen if you get near her again you understand?" Zayn warned him and he nodded

I ran towards Zayn and he Held me in his arms
"Are you okay?" he asked with a worried expression on his face
I nodded and started sobbing remembering every single time that asshole bullied me and no one ever stood up for me even Him. He did horrible things to me back then and I would never forgive him.

"Shshsh you're okay now I'll never ever let anyone hurt you or get near you again specially him" he said rubbing my back with comfort
"Z-Zayn lets go away from here" I said
"Ok lets get you some water" he said walking me away from Chris
He got me a bottle of water then we started walking to art class
"Who was that?" he asked
"That's Chris from my neighborhood we were in the same school, he used to bully me and he still does. That asshole I hate him so much" I said balling my fists
"Hey calm down he's not getting near you again" he said with a reassuring smile
"I know...when I'm with you I always feel safe" I said smiling at him

Zayn's POV

"I know....when I'm with you I always feel safe" she said
She feels safe with me...
I kissed her forehead as we entered art class
"Thank you Zayn...for everything yesterday was the best day of my life and sorry you had to carry me all the way back to my dorm" she smiled
"I'm really happy that you had a nice time and don't be sorry it's alright" I said sitting on the desk next to her and Miss Nancy came in

"Good morning class"

"Good morning" we all said

"Well our topic today is about all public places in London that tourists come here to visit. Draw the place that you think is the most important landmark"
We all grabbed our pencils and started drawing
