Chapter 7

Kate's Pov

I was sitting beside him on the edge of the bed when we heard a knock on the door "Come in" I called
The door opened slowly. The boys are here
They came in and sat on the sofa
"Hey, how ya doin bro?" Liam said "Hi" I'm really happy they came it'll make Zayn feel a lot better
"I'm fine just a little sick" Zayn said exhausted "Thank you guys for coming" 
"No need dude we're bros" Niall said smiling
We heard another knock on the door
I opened it revealing Eleanor and Megan
"Hey girls, come in" I said while hugging them
"Hi" they said "Feeling any better Zayn?" Megan asked
"Yeah, thanks to Kate I don't know what I would've done without her" Zayn said turning to me "Thank you"
"Anything for you" I said kissing him on the cheek
The girls came in and joined the boys, Eleanor took a seat next to Louis and Megan next to Niall
I think I'm missing something here...
"I'm gonna buy some food" I said
"We'll come with you" Eleanor said turning to Megan

We left the dorm leaving the boys together for a while
"So...What's goin on I think I'm missing something, Louis and Niall?" I asked them playfully
"Actually I've been dating Niall for a couple of days he's very cute" Megan said with a wide smile "When he's around I feel these butterflies in my stomach I like him A LOT, and the way he looks at me oh my god, oh and he told me he likes me to" Seems like She really likes him I haven't seen her like this since I knew her
"You El?" I asked her
"I've been dating Louis too I like him I like everything about him his smile, he's very nice, funny, he always makes me laugh and on our last date he told me that he feels the same" she said "How's it with Zayn?" 

"Actually he's that interesting kinda guy and I keep falling for him over and over again. I'm pretty worried about him his temperature was pretty high, I can't leave him like that, I barely slept yesterday, I was taking care of him I wish he gets well soon" I said. I really am worried about him

"Don't worry he's gonna be ok" Megan said with a reassuring smile as we entered the market we bought some snacks and some drinks then we went to MC Donald's to buy some sandwiches.
We were sitting in a booth waiting for our order
"Oh and he kinda told me that he loves me and I said it back" I said my cheeks turning red
"You what?! Omg Kate!!" Eleanor said
"FINALLY!! I knew that from the very beginning" Megan Squealed happily and they pulled me into a hug.

Zayn's POV.

"Feelin better?" Harry asked 
"Yeah, much better" I assured them
"How's it with Kate?" Liam asked
"Actually she's been nothing but kind to me, she's been taking care of me since yesterday, we have so much in common and I told her that I love her" I said thinking about her.
"I see you guys like Eleanor and Megan" I said motioning to Louis and Niall
"Actually yeah I like Megan. Being with her makes me feel alive and we both LOVE food so...XD" Niall said with a smile I can tell he's thinking about her
"Me too I like Eleanor she's different from any other girl in a good way of course and crazy like me. We went on dates and I told her that I love her" Louis smiled "I know it's so soon but it felt so right"
"That's how I feel towards Kate but I really think she's the one for me" I said
We heard a knock on the door
"Come in" Harry shouted

Kate and the girls are back with bags of food and drinks
"We're back! Who's hungry?" Kate said loudly
"ME!" Niall said
"You're always hungry bro" I said and we all laughed
"Then let's eat" Kate said
Kate handed me some biscuits and a box of mango juice, mango's my favorite thought.
"Here you go you" I took them from her with a smile and then she handed Harry and Liam their sandwiches then grabbed hers and sat next to me.

We finished eating then we watched some TV I'm so sleepy now
"We have to leave you get some rest" Liam said as they all stood up and said their goodbyes before leaving.
I really need sleep
"Feeling better now?" she asked smiling
"I still have the stomach-ache but I'm good" I said smiling back

Kate's POV

I took the thermometer to measure his body temperature
"Thank god its 37" I said
He needs to take his medicines to make sure it doesn't get higher
And pain killers too
I handed him the pills and a cup of water
"Now you need to get some sleep" I told him
"So do you" he said "Help me sleep?"
I layed on my side next to him as he pulled me closer wrapping his arms around my waist and fell asleep.
I covered him well with his blanket and then I fell in deep sleep.

 Zayn's voice woke me up. He was coughing loudly in his sleep
"Zayn? Zayn you alright?" I asked him nervously "Zayn? Wake up"
He opened his eyes and rushed to the bathroom
Oh god he's sick again
I followed him with a cup of water in hand
"It's alright" I whispered patting on his back "Come on" I said leading him back to bed
"I'm okay" he said nearly whispering and His face is pale and yellow
I helped him lay down and layed down next to him "Go back to sleep" I said
"I love you" he whispered
"I love you too" I whispered back
And we both fell asleep again
