Jimin and Jungkook sat huddled in a corner of the couch, clutching each other tightly and carefully watching the scene before them. They hadn't known what to expect but they certainly didn't predict such a crowd. There was always a possibility of other hybrids in their minds, but the fact that there were three and another human surprised them and set off their insecurities. It was going to be too crowded. There wouldn't be room for them to stay there. To say they were out of there element was an understatement.

Jungkook eyed the stern looking human. He was standing in the entrance to the kitchen with his arms crossed. Jungkook had thought Namjoon would be the one holding the authority but he was surprised to see the confidence drain out of his posture as the man stared at the floor instead of the new human. The new human didn't seem all that scary to Jungkook but if he could make his savior look that intimidated maybe he should be a bit warier of the man.

However, the human wasn't the only new face in the room. A bored-looking cat was leaning against the far wall, and next to him a rather pleasant looking dog. They both were obviously older, no longer kits like he and Jimin were. There was also the puppy that was pouting in the chair. He had been much more animated when they'd first walked in the door, complaining immediately about their presence after he'd noticed them (he seemed to have had blinders on initially in his excitement over his owner return). He'd only quieted down once he was scolded and sent to sit in his current chair, where he has continued to pout ever since.

Jungkook was startled out of musings when the new human exhaled sharply.

"Follow me," he said sternly and Jungkook's head shot up immediately, ready to obey, only the human wasn't talking to him. The human's stern eyes were staring down the man who bought him and Jimin. He watched with wide, nervous eyes as the two humans quickly slipped out of the room. The group sat in silence for a moment before the cat against the wall rolled his eyes and headed down the hallway, the smiling dog following behind him, leaving the three youngest alone.

"There are so many people here," Jimin said sorrowfully. "There's not going to be room for us."

"Bu...but Namjoon Hyung didn't take a warranty out on us..." Jungkook tried to argue.

"That doesn't matter. They could just kick it out. I've met plenty of pups that's happened to," Jimin said, staring sadly down into his lap.

A dark silence fell after that. Jungkook could hear mumbled talking from the kitchen where the humans disappeared into. It didn't sound like an argument. The tone was stern but not angry and very controlled. Not at all like how the man at the shop would scream when he was mad. It also seemed one-sided. He barely heard Namjoon say a word. It sounded like a lecture more than anything.

"Do you really think they'll make us leave?"

"Hopefully," a new voice replied. The pouting puppy speaking for the first time since he was sent to sit down, smirking at the frightened look that crossed the two hybrids faces.

"Kim Taehyung!"

The smirk dropped off of the pup's face immediately as all three hybrid's necks snapped towards the voice. The cat had reappeared with a set of clean clothes in his hand and he did not look happy. Jungkook was grateful he wasn't the one that had gotten the cat's attention. He was fearful enough without the cat looking at him like that. It seemed the puppy felt the same as he sunk down into his chair, floppy ears lowering in shame.

"Apologize. Now." The cat gritted out as the dog reappeared behind him with a second set of clothes. He didn't look particularly bothered by the scene like it was a regular occurrence.

"Sorry," the puppy said softly, staring at the floor. Jungkook was surprised. It seemed the humans weren't the only ones with authority in the house. He also felt a bit bad for the puppy, even if he didn't seem to like him and Jimin that much. The cat was really scary.
