Daniels POV

It was currently 3.30pm on a wednesday and I was sitting on my bed anticipating a text from Bella. 

She would always text me after school and we would talk for hours. Since it was near graduation for her she had finished most of her exams and study and she had a lot of free time on her hands. 

For the past week she would always text me around 3.30 so as per usual I sat and waited because talking to her was always the highlight of my day

20 minutes later she still hadnt texted me. I didnt stress out, she probably had something on or had to do homework

But as the minutes passed by I started to worry and overthink. Typical me

This morning she told me she would text me so I wonder what had changed

An hour and a half later she still hadnt messaged me and even though it probably was not a big deal for some people, it was for me. Because I cared about her and I couldnt get my mind off the fact that something might be wrong.

It was now 5.30pm and I decided to text her

Dani Boy: Hey Bella :)

Dani Boy: Im just checking to make sure you are okay

Dani Boy: Is everything alright ? You normally text me after school

Dani Boy: Im not annoyed or anything, im just worried

Dani Boy: Are you okay? Is something wrong? Did anyone hurt you? Did I do anything wrong? If so im sorry

Dani Boy: You can trust me bella

Dani Boy: Please text me asap

Dani Boy: I really care about you...

Dani Boy: Bella?

I stayed on my bed staring at my phone

Zach walked in

"Let me guess, Daniel is knee deep in girl trouble"- He said, smiling

He sat down beside me and I sighed

"What is it bro, you can talk to me. I know I am a small child and can be a dick sometimes but I am actually pretty good at advice"- He said

He sounded genuine so I told him

"Its just.... its just bella told me she would text me because she always text me after her school day but its been two and a half hours and she hasnt replied to any of my texts and im worried. I feel like something is wrong"

Zach was about to reply but then I heard a 'bing' come through to my phone. I looked over and it was a text from Bella

Zach smiled knowing that he should give me some space to talk to Bella so he left the room

But as I read the text, worry instantly washed over me

Beautiful Bella: I cant do this anymore

Dani Boy: Do what bella? Are you okay? Talk to me

Beautiful Bella: I cant text you anymore

Dani Boy: WHAT! Bella why? Texting you is the highlight of my day, you dont even know...
