“I know her, Stephanie.”

And there, stood a very masculine Sebastian Marko Bossman, with that blank expression on his face while peering at her. Lihim siyang napalunok. Why is he having this strange effect on her? Miss secretary remained in her seat.

“You,” tukoy nito sa kanya. “Follow me.” He then turned back to his office.

Wow!

“Close the door, Ana.”

Alam ko! Through gritted teeth, she did as she told so. His tone is slowly getting into her nerves. But coming from this unknown man, she did not like it one bit.

“Sit down,” muli nitong sabi ng pautos. She sat down on the couch that’s facing his enormous working table, he also is seated on his swivel chair behind it.

“Ahm---”

He immediately stopped her by raising a finger. “I did not give you permission to speak just yet.”

Argh! This is why she does not like rich people! They think they run the world. Punyeta!

“Have you read the content of the will?” he asked, as if talking to one of his employees.

“We don’t need him in here.” His forehead creased as he looked at her. “Now, I will ask again, have you finished reading it?”

Her upper lip curled up to form a sneer at his tone. “Wala akong nahahawakang will o kung ano pa man. Attorney Wilson just told me to meet him in his office with his client, which is obviously you.” Her eyes became slits when she noticed something wicked flashed in those grey-brownish orbs, but she continued on anyway. “He just mentioned that it is very important and legal.”

Sebastian leaned a little, putting his elbows onto the table. And dang! She did find the simple act as sexy as hell! She smells trouble!

He is indeed a strikingly handsome man. From his short dark blonde hair, his perfectly carved eyebrows, the aristocratic nose, strong jaws that had a day or two stubbles, and to his soft looking pinkish lips. A total package, ika nga ng karamihan. He has it all. Name it. Ayaw nga lang niya sa ugali nito. Arogante. Tse!

“I see,” he uttered. “Do you remember someone you helped three months ago then, Miss Mendez?”

“Ahm, wala eh.”

She’s puzzled when his eyes hardened and his jaw worked. May mali ba sa sinabi niya? Alin? Bakit?

“How ironic,” he stated, his voice being cold.
