I can't escape

Their hold only tightens
I hit and pound
Yelling and screaming
They wont let go
Their hands are around me,
Strangling
I fight
No point
Should I give up?
Should I keep fighting?
...
I'm in pain
Will their grip become a death grip
If I fight more?
Will They go away
Only...
To come back stronger?
Fight more?
My fighting chance
Decreases
With every year
Every month
Every day
