Chapter 13

"Hana what the heck-"

"Get up Mira"

She looked serious, her eyes were blank.

"Why are you looking at me this way?"

Mira felt as if she did something bad and her friend was about to scold her.

She witnessed her last day, the real last day.
She got memories from her future.. Actually, it would be more correct to say she just remembered everything from that day.

This memory was created some hours ago, not 5 years in the future.

Everything that she just saw was real, it was not an illusion nor a vision.

He was right. It was just like he described it.

She glared at her friend and grabbed her arm.

"Come outside, I need to show you  something"

She just said and walked out of the cafe, dragging her friend, ignoring her questions.

As she stepped outside she saw on the side of the road a boy wearing a hoodie walking towards them. She pushed Mira and walked as fast as possible away from him.

"Slow down a bit Hana!"

Mira stopped and pulled her hand, losing her balance causing her to fall on the ground.

"I told you I want to show you something, why did you stop?"

Hana gave her a strict look.

"What has gotten into you all of the sudden? You are scaring me"

She muttered and looked down, she felt like the person in front of her was not her friend. She never behaved like this especially to her.

"Get up and don't act like a child"

Mira hesitated for a second and Hana grabbed her once again.

She was in a hurry, she didn't wanted the boy to catch up with her.

Mira's eyes got red, she was sobbing the whole time.
She didn't ask where they were going because the streets around her made it obvious.

Hana bursted inside of her own house and pushed her friend inside, slamming the door behind her.

She pushed her all the way to her kitchen and forced her on one of the chairs.
She took her jacket off and threw it on the floor.

Mira wouldn't dare to talk, she was upset so she was playing with her fingers, looking downwards.

"Listen Mira"

Hana talked in a relaxed tone.

"I need to tell you some stuff, I don't care if you are going to believe me or not, you are going to listen to me"

She looked at the clock and then again to her friend.

"It must have been over a hundred of times till now.. I am dying and I come back to life, I basically return back in time so you are unable to remember anything.. Actually you might be the same as me. Do you remember anything from before, like being ran over a car or being shot?"

Mira was looking weirdly at her, she thought she was joking.

"What are you-"

Hana interrupted her.

"At first I couln't remember shit but now I do. You know why this is happening? Because of you! Because you were the one who killed me! Five years from now! Some hours before!"

She suddenly changed her tone and shouted at her.
Her eyes were wide opened and she was breathing very fast.

"I felt it just before, I remembered! It was you! You hurted me the worst way possible, you betrayed me!"

Hana was having a mental breakdown.

It was the first time she ever acted like this.

"I can not take it anymore! Do you understand?! You know what it feels like?! I just can't!"

All the other times she looked as if she had accepted it but it wasn't like this at all.

Not in the slightest.

She was good at hiding her true emotions and self.

Mira was scared, Hana was approaching her while screaming, making her push her back on the chair.

"I've had enough! No more! Do you want to feel the same way I did?! Why did you do this to me?! What did I do to you!? Was Mingyu so important to you that you would go crazy for his sake and kill me?!"

Hana paused and took deep breaths.

"Mingyu..? Why are you referring to him now?"

Mira whispered, she was quietly crying from her fear, she was very sensitive.

"Are you kidding me?! You were the one who killed him! Just because he broke up with you! You are so fucking immature "

She paused again and nodded.

"But you right.. you don't know any of this.. Because none of this has happened yet.. You know nothing"

She said and calmed herself.

"That's why I brought you here Mira.. You will die again without knowing the reason.. It is unfair, isn't it? I really don't want you to.."

She touched her friend's shoulder trying to calm her down as well.

"A-Are you kidding me?" Mira raised her head and looked at her.

"What are you saying this whole time? I would never do something like this..I-"

She sobbed multiple times, she wouldn't stop crying.

"Let me go..Please"

"I can't. If you leave you are going to die. You will be safe in here"

She tried to comfort her friend.

She was lying again to herself.
She wasn't feeling sorry for her at all.

Her friend killed her, that belongs to the past.

What she is going through now belongs to the future.

She felt it again, it was horrible. She could never forgive her, but she still wasn't able to kill her friend with her own hands.

"No!"

Mira screamed and got up from the chair, pushing Hana away causing her to fall on the floor.

She immediately started running towards the door in panic which she managed to open.

"Ah!"

She screamed in pain, Hana got up and ran to the door, what she saw made her fall on her knees and cover her head.

"Help-"

Mira tried to speak but the man in front of her pulled the knife out of her stomach, letting her fall on the ground.

"Why did you do this?! She was safe here!"

Hana screamed looking at him.

"We could just.."

"No Hana"

The boy dropped the knife on Mira's dead body.

"This is the only way to save y-"

Two gunshots interrupted him, making him fall on his knees, revealing a tall guy holding a gun behind him.

He  streched his hand towards Hana but she was too far away. She tried to get up but her vision blurred and she found herself sitting in the cafe, facing her friend.
