What happened to, "I love you"
Did you mean it?
Or was it just something to say
I trusted you with my heart
Wasn't I enough?
I tried to be perfect for you, but it was never enough
I believed all your lies
I wanted to believe that you would always be here
You broke all your promises
So, once again, I'm left with tears running down my face and a broken heart
I wanted you to be my fairytale, but you just never were
