The lost kingdom

A siren's blessing, you thought to yourself. It didn't make any sense to you, sure you understood the part of you being two completely different races, but the last part was just confusing. 

"Can't just any of you give me this "blessing", then the problem will be solved? I don't get why this is such a big deal."

Jimin sighed and shook his head and said.

"Unfortunately it ain't that easy. The only ones that can give you a blessing...is my ancestors. You see when Namjoon once told you about how the newer generations of sirens began living on land, they left the old ones behind. The older generation has always been to put it kindly, stubborn. They thought that it was stupid to change the way of how our race was living and had lived for the past thousand years, so they decided to stay in the sea."

"Okay...so you mean that they live in that ruin city that we once visited? But didn't you say that it was abandoned?" you asked, thinking back to the time when Jimin had brought you back to show you his parents grave. 

That old city that had been on the bottom of the ocean somewhere. It felt like it was only yesterday, while in reality it was soon three months ago. It's almost scary how fast time passes.

"No, our ancestors lives in a far away lost kingdom that only some knows about. It's located in the depths of the ocean. If you don't know about its existence, then you will 100% miss it. The kingdom's gate is enchanted, and can only be seen by other sirens and not by humans or any other kinds of creatures. It might be dangerous, but if it's your wish to come with me, then so be it." a faint smile appeared onto his lips as he gazed into your eyes, looking for some kind of reaction from you.

So that was what he had been hiding. A feeling of guilt crawled up your back. Now when he had told you the reason, the scenario from earlier seemed to make a lot more sense to you. A trip like that could be dangerous, and who know what other creatures that could be lurking in the dark waters. But after all, you had experienced creatures that went way beyond your imagination already. Sirens and cyclopes being included into that category, so would you really be that surprised if you would see any other "fantasy living creatures"?

"Was that better then?" Jimin then asked, going back into pouty mode.

Giggling at his sudden change of mood, you nodded.

"Definitely."

"Well then, back to plan A." he said sneakily and grinned at you, which almost caused you to melt like an ice cream on a sunny day. 

That smile could kill someone, that you was sure about. Making his whole face lit up and making him completely irresistible, he was a dangerous weapon when he wanted to. 

"Aish, come here you silly." opening your arms wide, you gestured for him to hug you or similar. But it appeared that Jimin had different plans in mind.

Instead of coming to you he made you come to him. Grabbing your arm and pulled you forwards, he managed to make you lose your balance and went face first into his chest. His arms locking around your waist, as he leaned back in the sofa and made sure to keep you still while you was laying on top of him. 

"Not fair, now my nose hurts because of your stupid chest." you wined and playfully hit his torso. while rubbing your nose with your other hand. 

That annoying smirk that you knew too well along with the same glimpse in his eyes that he always gets when he comes up with another inappropriate idea, appeared, making you almost a bit nervous for what was coming. 

"Poor thing, here let me treat that pain for you." he said in a fake worried voice. 

He pecked your cheek gently, making you blush. It was quite funny how you still got embarrassed every time he did that, but you couldn't help it. Ever since day one he had made you feel like that, it was something about his touch that made your cheek turn into fifty shades of pink. 

"I think you missed." 

"Oh I did? Here, let me try again." 

He leaned in for another kiss, his lips first going up to your nose but in the last second changed direction and went below instead. 

A tingling feeling rushed across your body as soon as his pillow like lips touched you with a almost feather like touch. But to your disappointment, he pulled away with a big satisfied grin on his face. 

"You definitely aren't good at aiming sir." you chuckled, feeling the need of having him close like that again. 

"I'm a hopeless case." he said before going in for a more proper kiss this time.
