Chapter 7: No, it can't be true?!

(Sorry guys forgot to mention that in this book hawkmoth isn't Adrien's dad so... hehe😅)

Adrien's POV:

After visiting my princess, I went home in order to prepare myself for my next photoshoot
since my father learned about my secret identity but to my surprise he was kinda cool with it and respected my love for Marinette. He just asked me to photoshoot today cause everyone found out that I'm Chat Noir and that made more popular than ever... Well that some how sucks with all the girls running and chasing after you, reporters for a TV show or even paparazzi and others. When I arrived home I changed my clothes then went to the park where my dad and the photographer was waiting. They of course saw how my eyes were dull and that I was depressed but I tried my best to not show while posing. While doing that for 1 hour I received a phone call, I excused myself than asnwer:

Hospital: Hello am I talking to Adrien Agrest?

Adrien: um yeah who are you?

H: I'm calling you from the hospital... it's about your girlfriend... S-she's-

Adrien: w-what about her? Is she alright?!

H: Well I'm sorry to tell you that Marinette is in a very bad condition...

A: What do you mean?

H: S-she can't make it she has only 2 hour before dying and she wants to see you but there may be a low chance to survive...

A:...

H: um Adrien?

A:...

H: hello? Is anyone here??

*Adrien declined*

Adrien was very shocked and sad but he was trying to hold back the tears. He ran towards his father saying:

Adrien: father umm pls can I stop the photoshoot I have something really important to do...

Gabriel: no son you must continue this is a very good opportunity to help my company.

Adrien: Pls ca-

Gabriel: no Adrien!!

Adrien: but ...

Gabriel: no buts Adrien return to work!!! Or you'll be punished!

Adrien: FATHER MY FREAKING GIRLFRIEND IS DYING IN THE HOSPITAL AND NOW I CAN'T SEE HER BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE??!!!!

Gabriel: *gasps*

Adrien: *starting to sob* pls dad I m-must s-see her...

Gabriel: I'm sorry son I will come with hurry up to the car!

Adrien: thx dad... but the hospital is a little bit far so I'll go as Chat Noir

Gabriel: ok son good luck

Adrien transformed then rushed to the hospital. When he arrived he saw all the people with sad faces and some of them were crying well him too because got tears on his cheeks.

Nadja: hello everyone and welcome I'm Nadja Chamac and I'm in front of the hospital where our famous hero Ladybug is so I'm very sorry to inform you but our dear Marinette is in a very bad condition and maybe will die after 2 hours but a low chance of survi- oh my look who is here ladybug's boyfriend Chat Noir coming to see her. Well he kinda look very sad...

Chat Noir was trying to go inside the crowd to enter but everyone was touching him asking him questions. All this was taking all of his time to say goodbye to his Lady until he got really pissed of and said:

Chat Noir: everyone pls stop let me see ladybug I want to see her I can't just being interviewing while my lady will die pls...

Everyone one felt sad for him so they stopped and let him pass there was 45:00 seconds left until Mari die so he ran super fast towards her room and took a sit next to her bed...

Chat Noir's POV:
«I'm sorry my lady I'm sorry for everything and this is my fault I wasn't able to save you.» At this moment he took her hand and started to cry hard «I-I-I can't d-do this w-without you m-m'lady, I- I just can't live without y-you, y-you're my e-everything... I l-love you.» he stood up and kissed her soft lips for the last time... He could hear the alarm saying that she is gone... her heartbeat stoped. At this moment, I could feel that my life was falling in a very deep and dark hole, very dark, that none but ladybug is the light to guide me toward the future but that light was gone now... Life is really unfair, full of hard truths and deaths. He kept his hand in hers still crying with his head on the bed sheet...
