Ok. I think every girl out there wants a flat stomach. Am I right? Well I'm trying to get one too :) so here are some tips on getting one.

Healthy eating:
•Cut down on high fat foods- eat good fats. Good fats help get rid of the bad fat that you have in your body. (getting rid of some belly fat before you try put of abs is a good idea)
•Cut down on the sugars. Well. We all know. Sugar makes you fat.
•Cut out bread. Period. But if you really love your bread, go for whole wheat or 5 grain. But I could almost promise you , if you cut out bread from your life, you will cut out belly fat.
•Stop buying things that are manufactured. If you can make it yourself, than why but it? Buy things like fruits, veggies and proteins like meat and eggs.
•drink plenty of water to wash out any toxins in your body. (6-8 cups recommend)
•have small meals though out your day
•eat slow. TASTE YOUR FOOD- don't gobble it down.
•don't eat 2-4 hours before bed time
•wear tighter clothes so you're aware

Exercises:
1) 20 crunches feet on floor
2) 20 crunches legs straight in air
3) 20 crunches legs in air, bent on a 90 degree angle
4) 30 second plank
5) 15 reverse crunches
6) 15 bicycle crunches (from each leg)
7) 30 second hollow hold
8) 20 V-UPS
9) single leg V-UPS
10 ) Up and downward doggie for 2 minutes.
(I did these and it took about 8-10 min)

(if you don't want to do the an exercises, you can go for long walks/runs/hikes. Free style dance, hoolahoop or jumping jacks instead. It might not get you abs though.)
