Being Healthy🙆
•eat a fruit, and at least a cup of veggies a day.
-apples
-pears
-bananas
-oranges
-celery
-carrots
-broccoli
-tomatoes
-melons
-avocados
-peppers
Are all fantastic fruits and veggies to eat daily.
•You also need meat/ protein so here are a few
•chicken
•beef
•turkey
•pork
•eggs
Are also fantastic sources of meat/ protein
•I wouldn't say that dairy from cows is something you need to have but.
Cheese
Milks and
Yogurts are great sources of dairy.
•just keeping a healthy dietary lifestyle is great for you being healthy. Staying active doesn't mean you have to go life weights every day and have abs, but you do need at LEAST 30min of activity per day. So
-walks in a park or woods
-going to the park
-go for a walk in the mall (even if you have to drive)
-attend a yoga class or have it on a game like wii or Xbox 360
-attend a dance class
-train for a run
-start walking to close places
These are all fantastic ways of staying fit and healthy!
•get lots of rest (min 7-8hrs) because sleeping is healthy, but sleeping all day is not. So you need balance.
•be positive, surround yourself with fun/positive people, accept yourself and be you. Look up funny vines or videos on YouTube. Go out of your house and meet people. At hockey rinks, daycares places where you are sure to find people.
•visit a doctor a couple times a year just for a check up to make sure you're healthy. :)
•feel free to pig out and do nothing 1-2 times a week, where you just eat whatever you want. :)
