(Awoken) Trailer Promo Art (+ Casting Call!)

I know no one is into the Awoken series anymore, but here's an update. Basically, I'm working on a rewrite of the first book (which has a decent storyline but shit writing) that I'll be releasing on Fanfiction.net when it's finished. In order to get it out there, I'm trying my hand at creating an animated trailer for it, movie style. The chances of it ever becoming a full movie is hella slim due to the amount of people that would take to happen, but an animated trailer would bring the fic a lot of attention from people on Youtube.

Along with the promo poster at the start, which was also a scene in the trailer before I realized it would also make a bomb ass promo poster. Some of the pictures are bad quality simply because I screenshotted them on my phone instead of sending myself the vectors. Apologies.

You're probably wondering why I'm showing you this instead of keeping it a huge surprise. Well, the promo poster I stayed up past 1am making last night is a double meaning. Tiny innocent Myst is being hired. You are also being hired.

I need two things from you!

1. There's a few scenes in my storyboards that pan over the crowd of foals under the Pegasus Device. And several more scenes showing various foals getting their spectra extracted by the Device. I could not be bothered to create characters for all those foals. So.... How would you like your OC to be featured as a background pony in an animated trailer?

Keep in mind, as a foal in the Rainbow Factory, it is implied that they are going to die. Like I said, there's a couple shots showing close ups of spectra extraction. I also need only pegasus OCs, but if you don't mind me adding wings to your character then you can submit other species too (no alicorns). No unusual hybrids either, I want to stick to MLP canon. All OCs will be aged down unless they're already young OCs. With that in mind, if you'd like your OC in the trailer, please fill out this form in the comments -

1: Name you'd like to be credited with (this will go in the Youtube description of the trailer when it gets posted)
2: Favourite scene from Awoken (do not leave this blank. If it's left blank or you say your don't know, I'm going to assume you didn't read the books. This privilege is for my readers only. If you don't have a favourite scene, just pick any so I know you know what's going on)
3: Are you alright with your OC being killed onscreen? Onscreen death means a closeup and more screen time but not everyone wants to see their character die. There are plenty of other background spots that will just pan by your character if you'd rather have one of those.

PLEASE FILL OUT ALL PARTS OF THE FORM. After the form is done, I will need a FULL COLOUR FULL BODY REFERENCE of your OC. If you do not send a ref, you will not be in the trailer, as animation relies on art. I will vector your OC from this ref. If you don't have anywhere to send a picture, here's all my contact info-

Secondly, I need some voice actors! I know I already did a casting call a long time ago, but these roles don't fit anyone in my current team. I need voice actors for -

Rainbow Dash
Hide Atmosphere
Spectral Flare

Yes, this is about the first book, and yes, there is a reason why Flare is there. If you get the part I'll send you the script and you shall understand.

Hide has literally only one line so I might be able to pull it from the Spectra Studios script if I try hard enough to look for it. Flare's got like 2 or 3 plus some lowkey dying sound effects lmaoo. Dash has the most lines, and I want her voice to be show accurate, so she's the most needed right now. If you know anyone who might be interested in any of these roles PLEASE TELL THEM even if they've never read the series bc I'm desperate thx

To audition, send a recording to me via one of the contact locations listed in the past section. If you're auditioning for Dash, you can choose some lines from the original Rainbow Factory fanfic. If you're auditioning for Flare, take some lines from Awoken 2. How many lines and which lines you take are up to you.

I hope you guys like this idea! I have very little time to work on this trailer but I'm trying my best bc it's like the only exciting thing in my life right now.
