If someone constantly ill speaks u its either because they are jealous of u, or u are so important to them that they always have to mention u in their everyday conversations,they're probably jealous of u as u have something that they don't have, or they're insecure of themselves that they have to bring down ur self-esteem to make them feel better of themselves.
The best way to deal with it is not give them any validation by ignoring them, I know at times these words will bother u but I promise u in the future u are gonna look back and laugh at ur old self and wonder why did u allow small minded people ruin ur life with dumb opinions, so by doing that u are making them look dumb, not letting what they say affect u in any form, eventually they're going to realize what they're doing isn't working and they will feel like a failure.
