Scratch marks

The next day, he made himself look presentable and made his way to the said address.
He rang the bell.

He was a bit nervous, yet really excited.

The doors were opened by a sweet cat hybrid lady.
Jimin was a bit shook.

He never saw a cat hybrid in real life.
He believed that it was the lady that he talked to the day before.

She smiled and invited him inside the pretty and quite spacious apartment.
Jimin loved it.

He looked around happily.
He knew, that's it.
He will rent this apartment.

Then the lady mentioned the roommate.
Softly she shouted, what probably to Jimin was the cutest name ever.

Yoongi.

Soft thumping was heard and the second later, a pair of grey ears poked behind the wall.

There stood a small, thin boy.
A grey cat hybrid.
In Jimin's eyes he looked so adorable and sweet.

He came next to the lady, looking pretty shy.

She told Jimin that Yoongi is her son and that he lives here.
And that she wants him to get a roommate for him so he is not lonely and so he makes some friends.

Yoongi hid behind his mother and puffed his cheeks, slowly tugging on her sleeve.

She explained how Yoongi has quite a hard time socialising and that she'd really love if someone tried to open him up more.

Jimin immediately fell in love with the cute kitty boy.
He smiled and agreed to being roommates with Yoongi.

They agreed about the payment of first rent, bills and house rules.

The thing that Jimin really remembers is Yoongi's mother saying how Yoongi is not allowed to go out until he finds himself a partner that will take care of him because he is very gentle.

Jimin's mind immediately made a decision to become that person.
To become Yoongi's partner.

The boy looked so sweet and cuddly.
The thoughts of cuddles, purrs and clinginess hoarded Jimin's mind.

He was overwhelmed and utterly excited.
The lady told him he can move in immediately.

And that's exactly what Jimin did.

But...it wasn't really how he thought it would be.
Yoongi was so bratty, so rude.

He would kick and scratch Jimin.
His tongue was like sandpaper, he didn't let Jimin come any close.

Every day Jimin would get a new set of scratches.

But despite all that, the will inside Jimin never died.
On the contrary, it became even bigger.

And so he never gave up from Yoongi and still kept doing his best to make him happy.

Truth be told, they did get much closer since the beggining.
But Yoongi's personality never lowered down.

Jimin's flashback was cut when he almost choked on a rice grain.

The food Yoongi made was heavenly.
Just like every meal he makes.

Yoongi was homeschooled, but he was very intelligent and skilled.

Jimin slowly finished his meal and stuffed the dishes in the dishwasher.
He cleaned the kitchen and slowly made his way up the stairs.

He stopped when he heard some odd noise coming from Yoongi's room.

The doors were slightly opened, so he took a chance and peeked inside.
