A few days later.

Albert: (pasok ng ICU and then drop a kiss on Agot's forehead and then sit down on the chair beside the bed) hi sweetheart, do you hear me? (Hold Agot's hand then caress it)

Agot: (still unconscious)

Albert: I miss you, do you know that? (Kiss Agot's hand na hawak niya)

Agot: (still unconscious)

Albert: (could feel na parang squeeze ni Agot yung hands niya. Look at yung hands ni Agot na hawak niya) can you do that again sweetheart?

Agot: (parang gumalaw konti yung fingers niya)

Albert: (so happy, dali daling lumabas ng room at tumawag ng nurse para makatawag ng doctor)

After a while dumating na din ang doctor and check on Agot.

Albert: (nasa tabi ng bed nag aantay matapos ang doctor)

Doctor: (check on Agot then after face Albert)

Albert: (look expectantly at the doctor)

Doctor: regret to inform you Mr. Martinez but there is still no improvement on your wife's condition. She's still unresponsive.

Albert: but I felt her squeeze my hand.

Doctor: (iling) sometimes that happens because of our reflex. Since you were holding her hand that's why you thought you felt it.

Albert: (natahimik lang and look at Agot)

Doctor: excuse me. (Labas ng room)

Albert: (nanlumong napaulo ulit sa chair. Nakatitig lang siya kay Agot. He was reminiscing their times together. Yung mga times na ngumingiti at masaya si Agot and then biglang dumugtong yung old memories nila. Naalala niya lahat ng nangyari sa kanila. Ang mga times nila together and that day nung hiwalayan niya Agot and nung araw na sabihin ni Agot na buntis siya. On how he treated Agot back then. Hold Agot's hand and then yung isang hands niya naka embrace on Agot's waist) I'm sorry. (Naiyak sa mga kasalanan na nagawa niya on how she let her down even when they were young) I'm so sorry Sweetheart. So sorry. (He just stayed like that and just let himself cry)

Mas lalong hindi umaalis si Albert sa hospital. Lagi lang siyang nakabantay kay Agot. Everyday dumadalaw si Alexa and nagbabantay kay Agot but Albert make it a point na hindi masyado nagtatagal ito sa hospital para hindi ma depress yung bata. Umaalis lang Albert sa hospital to freshen up and sometimes check on his businesses and pag pinapasyal niya si Alexa but almost all of his time nakagugol lang sa pagbabantay kay Agot.

One day.

Boots: eho kailangan mo din magpahinga. Umuwi ka na muna.

Albert: I'm okay mommy.

Boots: tatawagan ka nila kung may developments kay Agot.

Albert: I prefer to be here. Don't worry I'm okay.

Boots: (worreidly looking at Albert)

Albert: (look outside the window ng room)

Boots: (silent only)

Albert: (lean on the wall sa gilid ng window then look at Boots) I remembered everything.

Boots: (look at Albert)

Albert: my memory. I guess I have them all. I remember our times together and how we ended. (Look at Agot longingly)

Boots: have you seen your doctor?
