Neutral– neither positive nor negative,
The grey area, relative,
Showing neither progression nor recession,
Silence to an unanswered question,
Go figure.
Lukewarm– neither hot nor cold,
Indecisive, uncertain– same old,
In between yes and no,
Between "sorry" and "I told you so,"
Living, but not alive,
Going from high to low five.
Between lost and found,
Silence and sound.
