Chapter One:Requested Upon Arrival

This is the sequel to my story. And I do apologize for the wait. My lazy ass just didn't feel like typing. Anyways. I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as the first one. It's been a whole year since Loki attacked. No one has heard or seen Loki. We all know that he went off the grid. After the attack everyone acts like it didn't happen. Well except for Tony. He acts like he some great hero or whatever. Which I guess he is. But he's still his cocky self. The rest of us don't talk about it much. There no reason to. The one who talks about it most besides Tony is Darcy. I mean she wont shut the hell up about it. It's annoying really. Jane knows it bothers us so she tries to keep Darcy busy. But that's hard because the battle is pretty much the only thing Darcy talks about. Darcy is annoying most of the time. I do my best to avoid her. It makes her mad. But I can care less. When I'm not working I hang out at the S.H.I.E.L.D. base here in New Mexico. Thor tags along sometimes. It's because we work at different times. We still find time to see each other. Since we live together and all. They let us in the base because we technically work for S.H.I.E.L.D. When there I talk to Coulson. Fury had Coulson stationed here. He didn't want to risk Coulson getting hurt again. Coulson was a little upset about that. But Fury didn't let him say another word about it. But they'll tell Coulson what's happening. When I'm there we talk about Loki. Everyone thinks he's planning an attack. Knowing Loki he most likely is. I'm 99% sure Loki is going to attack again. Loki wants a kingdom to rule. So he's going to keep at it. That's why he destroyed Asgard. It was so Thor didn't have a kingdom to rule. But Loki had no right to destroy Asgard. That wasn't fair for anyone. Including Loki. Asgard was a home for Loki. He might not have accepted anyone there. But they wanted him there. The problem is Loki is so mind set that he was betrayed. Thor used to try and tell him that he wasn't. Loki never listened though. Thor is still upset that Loki wont accept him. That's where I come in. Thor needs someone to comfort him. And it's down to me or Loki to do it. Since we're the only family he has left. But Loki won't do it. Loki doesn't want anything to do with Thor. Which is sad. They grew up together. So I'm the only one who can cheer up Thor. And that's what I do. That's something we have always done. When one was sad or depressed the other would cheer them up. I'm kind of worried about Thor. He doesn't talk all that much now. He'll nod his head every now and then but that's pretty much in. He still caring though. But it doesn't seem like Thor is always there. It looks like he's thinking about something. On the special occasions Thor will talk more. There wasn't much of special occasions this past year. Speaking of which so much has happened in this past year. Like Tony has gotten more cocky. But Tony is Tony. So that's nothing new. Bruce is working with S.H.I.E.L.D. now. Natasha and Clint are still together. And still working with S.H.I.E.L.D. Clarice and Steve got married a couple months ago. Thor and I attended. So did Tony, Bruce, Clint, and Natasha. It was really beautiful. Bruce, Clint, and Thor clean up good. They looked good in a tuxedo. But I didn't tell them that. While Thor was trying on a tuxedo Jane drooled over him. Not literally but she kept staring. I'm going to be honest I looked at Thor a little longer than I should've. But the way Thor looked isn't going to change my feelings for him. He's still my friend.

"Hey there's some mail for you," Jane said.

Thor and I turned and looked. Jane noticed how we were sitting but didn't say anything. Thor is sitting next to me on the couch. I'm sitting on right end of the couch. My back is against the arm rest. Thor is sitting properly next to me. My legs are outstretched against his lap. I know it doesn't bother him though. He might prefer us being. Since he loves me and all. She walked over and handed me a letter. Then headed across the room to Darcy. I turned back around. Thor did the same. It's from Natasha. Hm... that's strange. She usually calls us. I began to open it.
