Naruto has many secrets. One being that he has always been a she and goes by the name of Naruko. Unluckily, She has the Kyuubi in her and the villagers hate her, and make their kids stay away from her.
Watch as Naruko goes from hating her very exist...
"'Shit' is not an explanation. Naruto, why do you have breasts?!" Sakura exclaimed while healing me.
"Alright, alright. You guys already know that I am the jinjuriki of the nine tailed fox. When I was younger and couldn't defend myself, villagers would torture me. I had to pretend to be male so I wouldn't get raped. I had a seal placed on me by the Third Hokage to make me have male parts but after he died, the seal broke. So I have to hide my true gender. Right now I actually have a henge on to hide my hair, that I let grow out. My real birth and government name is Naruko Uzumaki. Happy?" I explained.
"Naruko?" Kakashi asked.
I nodded,"Yup."
"Naruko, can you release your henge? It will make your chakra replenish faster and you'll be able to heal." Sakura asked.
I nodded and took off the henge, revealing me very long hair.

'Oh my fucking god...Naruto as a girl is hot! I mean...what?! No...I can't think like this... he-no she's just a friend. Why-why do I feel like this? And hi-her hair is so long and shiny and-shiiiit! I need to stop...but I just...can't...' Sasuke thought.
He couldn't help but admire the blonde beauty in front of him. She had long golden hair tied up in pigtails. She wore different clothes, I assume was part of the henge. She wore a kimono, blue and orange with her clan's symbol on it. 'That would look way better with the Uchiha clan symbol. Wait-what?!'

Sakura soon finished healing Naruko. Naruko stood up and fixed her kimono.
"Thanks, Sakura." She said,"I'll get going-."
Kakashi cut her off,"No way. Today is October tenth. Don't think I'm letting you out into the village alone. By the way, happy birthday."
'Yeah thanks.' Naruko thought sarcastically, "Ok, but what if we run into the rest of the Konoha 11?"
"I'll explain to them." Sasuke volunteered,'Why did I just do that? Normally I wouldn't-'
He was snapped out of his thoughts by a hug, "Thank you, Sasuke."
Hearing his name come out from her mouth made something in him spark.
At this moment, Sasuke knew; he was in love.
-TIMESKIP-
They were all walking through the village, Naruko avoiding pots being thrown at her.
The Konoha 11 where walking by, and had to ask team 7 to hang out.
"Who's that girl?" Asked Chouji.
Naruko stepped forward. "It's me, Naruto. My real name is actually Naruko, ok. I'm a girl."
Hinata blushed like crazy and fainted, Kiba, Lee, and Chouji where left speechless. Ino growled, noticing Naruko's huge breasts. Shikamaru looked tired and Neji was activating his Byakugan to look for any henge's. Tenten was,'Aww'ing at her beautiful kimono. Sai was well...being Sai. Shino was checking with his bugs to ask if they've noticed.
Ino yelled,"B-But how?! You're prettier than me and Sakura! No way! This has to be another one of your pranks!!"
"Ino, I checked. She has no henge." Said Neji.
"And my bugs noticed, they just never told me." Shino said.
Ino growled and stomped away.
Naruko was very tired of this crap.
She just wanted to get back to her 'home' (that is actually a cave.) and kill herself already!
Now the whole Konoha 11 was gonna hold her up?!
Tenten walked up,"Your kimono is so preeetty!"
Lee rushed up to her,"How is this possible?! Your flames of youth must shine bright, or you wouldn't have had this happen!"
