The Curtis Sister

Chapter 1

"Ponyboy! Baby girl! Sodapop! Breakfast!" I heard Darry yell.
I groaned and got out of bed. I put on my jeans and black t shirt and white sneakers. I brushed my hair and teeth, put my contacts in and grabbed my work clothes and put them in my back pack and headed into the kitchen to see my brothers.
"About time baby girl. I thought you got lost in your room." Darry said
"Haha very funny." I said and set my backpack down and sat at the kitchen table.
I dug into my eggs and and drank my orange juice. Once Darry turned the stove off him and Soda started getting ready for work.
"You ready Pony?" I asked as I grabbed my backpack.
"Yeah. I'm coming." Pony said
"It's a school night both of you home straight after school" Darry said as we walked out the door with him and Sodapop.
"Yeah I understand." Ponyboy said.
"I can't." I said as Soda and Darry got into Darry's car.
"What you mean you can't?" Darry said
"What you doing after school? Got a date?" Sodapop said.
"Haha very funny twin brother, but if you must know I have to work after school. I got that job at that new diner Dash n Dine." I said
"When did you get a job?" Ponyboy asked curiously.
"A few weeks ago. Let's go Ponyboy we'll be late." I said and pulled Ponyboy to the bus stop.
We then headed to school and headed separate ways since we were in different grade levels. It was going to be a long day.
