Jonah left for camp which really sucks cause we finally got together and things were going great for us.

Though we miss each other alot, I decided to listen to his new song "Chemistry" which was amazing.

I anxiously awaits Asher's return from summer camp so I went to meet up with Buffy in the way to the shop.

On our way there, We talked bout Jonah & I revealed to Buffy that I  haven't missed Jonah as much as I thought.

"Oh. Look at you, being me, myself & I!" She joked as we continued the conversation when we saw Cyrus.

He told us his trip to London before entering the shop. Later, we go to The Spoon, where I worry about Jonah's return. 

Ding!

"Oh, No."

"Look, What the cats dragged in."

"Is it Jonah? I'm trying to have this conversation in everybody! Please, Please"

Instead of answering my question, They looked at the door so I turned to see if it's Jonah. But instead, it was Walker.

"Hi."

"Hi." A voice

"Walker." I said, seeing him there.

"Hey, Andi. Cool if I join you guys?"

"Um. I don't mean to be rude, but it's really not the best time."

"Relax, I didn't come for you."

"Oh." I said, feeling surprise.

"He's here to see me." Buffy cut in as I looked her, still surprised.

"Oh."

She told me how it happen and asked if I'm okay with them dating, I insisted that I am, especially since we were never an official couple. 

We head back to the booth and once Walker and Buffy start acting cute with each other, I excused myself to leave since I wasn't quite used to this.

*At Bex's apartment*
I tried to explain my feelings towards Buffy & Walker dating to my mom, but words were unable out.

The door rings, and once again I braces for Jonah, when it was really my grandpa.

Then it happen again at my mom's apartment, when my mom & I prepare for Jonah's return, which came out to be shocked Bowie.

My mom and Bowie ask and accept each other's proposals at the same time, and as we were celebrating.

I heard a knock at the door and as what as I've waiting for, Jonah's back from camp!

We seemingly had agreement bout our relationship til Jonah says we should be a couple at the same time as I say we should stay friends.

*Next day*

Today's the day of the Moon Festival, and grandma Cece's hosting a huge feast to celebrate not only the festival but also mom and Bowie's engagement.

Though i'm looking forward to the festival, My grandma invited Aunt Mei & it's clearly going to be a  disaster like the Chinese New Year festival.

I invied Buffy, Cyrus & Jonah to the festival and it looks like Jonah was first to arrive, wearing the proper outfit which was great.

Afterwards, we all went outside to the backyard for the final ritual of the festival. We each wrote their wishes on pieces of paper and attach them to lanterns, before letting them fly up to the moon. 

Despite all the confusion & middle school problems we were having like:
Feeling left out & being on friendly terms with an ex, Jonah & I managed to stay good friends, who I may or may not still have feeling for. Either way, I appreciate the moments we'd spent together.

I heard a knock at the door so I opened it was Jonah, with his guitar.

"Um, Hey. What's up?" I ask, letting him in.

Instead of asking the question, He just strummed his guitar and start singing.

"Andrea, I liked you in the past. And,  I'll always like you in the present. Though, I'm aware you want us to be friends, and I'm fine with that." He said.

We head for lunch to the spoons, meeting Jonah's ladyfriend Libby, Buffy, her boyfriend Walker & Tyrus who were already there.
