this chapter is for those who don't get all of Fenix/Stefan's abilities, this is not a chapter and i am sorry for that, i know how it is when you get a notification but its not for an actual chapter
anyway, ill list all of the fallen angel traits
-flight
-strength
-charisma (they can persuade people really well)
okay so Stefan also has blackouts where when they get hit and blood is drawn he gets a chance to go all wakko and kill a bunch of people, that kinda happened with peter but he was just being protective.
also with the whole 1000 lives, basically each life could be for 100 years, 80 year, 5, 10, etc.
oh! and Stefan has been using his powers WAY more then fenix did so, yeah he could become a FULL demon if he is not careful
