Confused alien - Logan & Patton

Start from the beginning

When his galaxy patterned eyes finally landed on the creature, his head tilted to the side in...confusion? He looked them over, wondering what they were covering their skin with....in fact, he also was curious as to why the skin that was showing wasn't covered by anything - was it like his skin? Strong? Quite hard to pierce through with normal metal? One of the few things that could cut his skin was that of his spacecraft - now that he thinks about it it was a stupid idea to make it out of that particular metal, but he decided to work on that at a later date.

"Yo, we should take this home and say we built it!" The smallest in height exclaimed, standing up in what Logan's device deemed to be excitement. Logan didn't know what to make of that feeling, as this creatures teeth were bared, lips pulled back, up turned...he couldn't tell if they were happy or angry. Well, what Logan did know was his voice was deeper, so she must be a female.

He mentally remembered the creatures with flat chest and short fur on top of their head were females, and the ones with two round balls on their chest, and long hair were male. It was odd to see a creature that had curves - his body was similar, but he was more flat compared, not as much curves, definitely didn't have such a round behind.

And, his skin was naturally pure white, while some of these creatures were either beige or brown. They were all the same, so why were the colours of their skin different? He pushed that question to the side - he really should have read up on this planet, he knew it was called 'Earth' but didn't know anything of it's inhabitants, danger levels, anything! He was out of his depth here, and with no escape, and no way to contact for help, he was...as these species would put it, screwed!

"Idiot, that's a stupid idea" a male remarked, bending down to get a closer look. "Like hell you could build anything like this" they added on, slowly standing back up straight. As Logan watched, he noticed another creature behind them - a female - was staring directly at the males behind as they bent down, were they watching for protection? The expression they wore suggested other wise...did they have unknown enemies in their group?

Logan pushed himself up from the ground, slowly his skin shimmering back to it's normal colour. Almost instantly one of the aliens caught sight of him, and his mouth dropped open, wordlessly pointing his appendage towards the unknown creature. Logan wondered why he didn't use words until he realised it was...scared.

When they all glanced over at him, their words silenced, and their eyes widened - did this...was this...this was odd, to say the least. Logan had never been on a planet where they were scared of him. Most times it was the other way around!

"I...am not here to hurt you" Logan explained in a gentle voice, one he used to tame less intelligent creatures he had come across in the past. "I have crash landed on this planet and I was hoping-"

"Alien..." one cut him of, making him look up questioningly. "You're an alien" a male carried on, his lips upturning, some of their teeth coming into view. Logan held up two hands, backing away a little from them all. "Yes...I...I am. You are, too" he replied back, completely confused. Never had a creature told him he was an alien, it was mostly...unspoken as everything knew to other species it was alien.

If Logan was correct, this planet shares it's living space with other creatures - are they not aliens to them?

Suddenly, it all clicked - from the moment these creature first found his craft up to now. And he had fucked up bad. It was rare - extremely rare - to come across a planet that has not discovered other life yet, and Logan had messed that up quite royally. He dragged his eyebrows together slightly...royally?

"This is like...this is like Paul!" The tallest female yelled out, nodding her head slightly. The three males slowly turned around to face the female who shrugged, bringing the item of clothing she wore closer to her body. "What? It's a good movie" she defended, glancing back up at Logan who suddenly didn't feel the need to protect himself anymore, he needed to leave.
