My tears fall.
"H-how? I thought i was---"
"I pushed you and you fell. The vehicle stopped in front of me but i bump my head in the bridge making me unconscious."
"Can you tell me everything i forgot?"
Alezander Michovich's Point of View
It was summer, my mother brought her friend over.
Her friend was carrying a little girl, younger than me. But she looked weak.
My mom looked at me and spoke, "Baby, meet your godmother and her daughter. Tita Zanaire and Little Ayu."
"Hello there, xander. Say hello to kuya xander, baby."
"Heylow kya sandy."
Sandy?
"Hahaha, sorry xander she can't speak well."
"Oh, it's okay. Hi ayu." I smiled widely
"Hehehe" she replied while playing with her hands like she was embarrassed
"Now, the both of you play in the garden."
"Okay, follow me ayu." She just nodded and followed me
"How old are you?"
"Por" she said while showing me her hands
"Oh, I'm already eight. I'm older than you."
"Uhuh" she replied
"You're cute" i unconsciously said while smiling widely
"Yur pliti, pliti tit hihihi" she said while giggling
What did she say? I have pretty teeth?
After that we played hide and seek.
Years passed we still played and visited each other's house.
When she was in 1st grade, i always guard her, we bonded every break time. Our parents always tease us until they decided that we would marry each other.
We always bond and i felt this foreign feeling.
Until IT happened. I was in 6th grade that time and she was in 3rd grade.
We played in a playground, it was tiring. Our nannies stayed in a corner, talking to each other, giggling while looking at a guy.
Ayu and i was at the swing, talking about our nannies. We were laughing until we saw a old man selling ice cream.
"Kuya, can you buy me ice cream."
"Sure, come with me."
We run towards the ice cream vendor.
"Manong, isang strawberry at isang chocolate."
The ice cream vendor gave me our orders then i paid him.
