They said,
silence was a royal language,
spoken by the natives of wise-land,
a weapon to avoid unnecessary anguish.
They say,
the power of silence is weakening,
by the natives of gibberish-land,
who waste time by giving the half-witted a reasoning.
I say,
Silence is sign of cowardice,
used by those who fear opposition and revolution,
a façade of intelligence used by the powerless.
I question,
how do you know the reason of their quietness?
Are they silent because they know it all?
Or because the truth is riotous?
I ask,
What if silence is actually an emotion,
used by the so called-wise,
signifying their lack of intention?
Because I believe,
the one who is wise, is also brave,
he educates the fool, guides the lost,
aids in the awakening of every unaware eye.
And when,
he feels the world has gone deaf,
he writes subtitles on the walls for them to see,
he vows to be silent only when there is no word left.
Because when,
in a relationship words are left unsaid,
virus of miscommunication is spread,
due to which many hearts have bled.
For today,
we need to be the change to make one,
get rid of meaningless foolish silence,
and speak with conviction the words of grace.
In reality,
being silent is equivalent to committing the crime,
for people to listen, we need someone to speak,
as words with emotions are the need of time.
