Monday morning

I park up at school and go in with my head down.

Nothing new there.

I look around for Ellie.

She's stood by our lockers.

They're two apart, it's actually how we because friends.

She couldn't open hers the first day. It was very funny; good ice breaker. A small smile comes onto my face as I see her.

"Good morning sunshine!" She says with the biggest smile.

"morning, what's got you in such a good mood?" I ask rather hesitant.

"Maybe it's a guy, maybe it's not." She closes her locker and begins to walk off.

I follow her intrigued.

"uh who?" I ask as if she's stupid for not continuing.

"Roy Atwoods" she says with the biggest grin.

Oh for fucks sake.

She's taking the piss.

"You're fucking me off right?"

"Please tell me you're joking!"

I say sternly.

"no" she says stopping in her tracks as they begin to walk down the halls.

All 5 of them.

"Just look at him" she's says practically drooling. I scoff at her and I'm about to walk away but I see Ethan looking at me.

There's at least 40 other girls in this hall right now, why me?

Ethan's POV

I unplug my phone from the Aux before we head into school.

The boys were pissing me off this morning so I wasn't in the mood.

We walk down the halls and I see Roy starring at Ellie. I think that's her name, the girl he hooked up with.

She moves to the side stopping someone from walking away.

That's when I see her, the girl from the other night.

She changes my mood in an instant when we make eye contact.

I have no idea what her name is or anything about her.

She wasn't at the party, which made me automatically intrigued.

She didn't seem like the other girls.

She's naturally beautiful.

Tan skin, bright green eyes.

Curvy figure.

And she doesn't show herself off, she's reserved.

I just want to know her name.

I don't want to ask the guys because they'd do something stupid. Either take the piss out of me or her and she clearly doesn't deserve that.

I feel as though I've seen her around but never really taken the time to properly notice her.

I send her a light smile as we pass and I receive one back this time.

I don't know why I feel so happy that she smiled at me.

It's probably because I'm nothing like my brother and I don't just sleep with girls.
