                                               *Warning* it's just kinda cringey and cliché.

                          Chains constantly pin me down. 
                          I struggle but I cannot seem to break them.

                          Maybe the answer isn't to fight the chains but to just let go of the bad things that have happened in the past and to focus on the now.
                          But it's so hard to let go.
                          The chains rattle and keeo me up at night. 
                          The locks keep my attention during the day.
                          The keys are always just out of reach.
                          The shackles taunt me and steal my happiness.
                          It is so hard to let go when you are used to holding on.
