Zelda's P.O.V

As Lady Impa and I walked closer to Link I watched him closely. I was curious as to why Link left the village and came here.

"The boy is restless." Lady Impa commented.

I then realized he probably left because he was bored. I promised him adventure and here we were doing nothing when there was so much to be done. He had been stuck in Ordon his whole life destined for something bigger. Perhaps this restlessness was what I felt as well. We both have a destiny to fulfill.

"Link!" I called.

Link stopped what he was doing and looked up in our direction.

"Sheik!" He called back.

As Lady Impa and I reached him I could tell that he had something to say.

"Link this is Lady Impa, she is an old friend of mine." I explained.

Lady Impa bowed in greeting.

Link attempted to do the same but it seemed awkward for him.

"Hello." He stated.

"Hello Master Link." Impa greeted.

"Master? Link will do just fine Lady Impa" Link chuckled.

"I see a lot of Rusl in you." Impa laughed.

Link straighten at the mention of him.

"You know Rusl?" Link asked.

"Oh yes we are old friends." Impa answered.

Link was silent for a moment.

"You were in Ordon just before we left. Were you visiting him?" Link asked.

Link was beginning to make connections. He was getting awfully close to figuring out who I was, and Impa seemed to be trying to leading him into that direction.

"Yes I-" Impa started before I interrupted her.

"You weren't at the gate when I returned. Where did you go?" I asked.

"I wasn't sure how long you would be so I decided to take a look around. I found myself out here where I met a girl named Malon. Her Father's chickens escaped from their pen and I offered to help her round them up." Link explained.

Where is she now?" Impa asked.

"Most likely hunting down the last two chickens." Link laughed.

"That was awfully kind of you Link to help her." I stated.

Link was a very caring person. He seemed to always help someone in need, myself included.

Link beemed at my comment.

"Just doing what seemed right." He stated.

"Well it was nice to meet you Link, but I best get going. Take care of Sheik for me, she can be quite the handful." Impa teased.

I rolled my eyes at her in response.

"Goodbye Impa." I sighed as she walked away.

"She seems nice." Link stated as he threw chicken feed into the pen.

"She basically raised me." I revealed.

Link smiled at me and gestured for me to come closer.

"Wanna try to feed them?" He asked.

I honestly felt slightly uneasy about feeding them for I had never done so.

"Um I don't know." I rambled.
