CH 22 THE PROPHECY-1

Emily's POV

It-It was a dream??,

I was in Jake's room, on his bed, as he saw me wake up he came near me,

As I was recovering from my shocking encounter, with my parents,

A hand touched my face, I looked up to whom the hand belonged, It was Jake

'I was soo worried about you' he said to me and sat beside me, I sat next to him,

'Are you feeling better?' He asked me with a concern, in his voice, cupping my face in his hands,

'I-I saw my parents, my house, it was a dream?' I whispered, in shock,

'Yes, it was a dream, Emily' he said to me,

As I realized my reunion with my parents was just a dream, tears rolled down my eyes,

'It was a dream Jake, it was just a dream' I said as tears continued to roll down my face

'Come here' Jake said, as I hugged him and continued to cry,

'Everything will be alright, everything is fine' he kept saying as he moved his hands back and fourth on my back,

I cried for some time then stopped,

'Are you Okay?' Jake asked me,

'Yeah, I am fine' I said to him, wiping my face with my hands,

'But you need to rest' he said to me,

'Why?' I asked him,

'You fainted, When you realized you are a witch, a friend of mine is on the search for discovering your bloodline' Jake told me,

'Now I remember, everything, Lilly and the spell, What happened after I fainted? And how long was I gone?' I asked him,

'After you fainted, I carried you here and laid you on the bed, and since then I am waiting for you to wake up, And don't worry you didn't miss the ball, you were only gone for an hour, the ball is 10pm, and now it's only 12pm' he told me,
I was blushing after he finished,

He carried me??, God how will I resist my feelings??,
Then it hit me,

'I am a witch' I said,

'Yes' Jake said,

'I am not a human' I said

'Yes' he said smiling, I think he knew where I was going,

'Means I am not a slave' I said excitedly

'Bingo' Jake said smiling,

'Oh God' I said and hugged him, tightly

'This means?' I said

'This means, you will be treated with much more respect, you can do whatever you want and... you can meet your parents' he said,

As soon as he said the last one, a mixture of happiness and sadness washed over me,

Happiness because I will see my parents again, it won't be a dream this time, I will get back my family,

But, sadness because, I would have to leave Jake, the person who cared for me,

who kept me happy always, when I was told in the auction that I will never see my family again, I thought I will not be able to live any longer, until I met him,

The person who I am in love with, I was so lost in my thoughts that,

I didn't realize that the thought of loosing Jake made my eyes fill up with tears again, but I held them back.
