My heart is renewed.
My strength filled to the brim.
My lungs breath in fresh air.
The words, the thoughts, the ideas full of abundant life and flowing.
Shackles no longer hold me down.
I can be who I want to be without any fears.
And I know... that should I ever need them my friends will come.
I've learned from my past and look forward to the present and future.
This is me here and now.
