CHAPTER 21

When the girl she saw nearing her location, she instantly grab the girl covering her mouth in a swift motion undetected by men following behind the girl.

"Mmmmmp..." The girl is straggling in her hold trying to break out.

"Shhh...Shhhh...it's okay.....it's okay you are safe, just don't make any sound or else they can hear us." Shushing the young girl on her embrace.

The young girl nodding hysterically for understanding.

Then Althea removes her hand from the mouth of the young girl, facing her.

"Are you okay? Is something hurt?" Concerned Althea, she saw the fear in the young girl's eyes.

Without even a second thought she hug the girl.........talking to her with comforting words.

When she feels the young girl is calmer, she removes herself slowly from the hug.

"There is still a girl in the safe house." Suddenly uttered the young girl who is more stiller.

"Are you sure?" Questioned Althea, making sure the girl is not in state of shock.

If this young girl is telling the truth, the girl that is left behind will be in great danger.

Althea saw the men crossing the street searching for the girl in the other side of the forest, which is in front of her.

If her calculation is right they will be coming back in 15 minutes max, if they could not find the young girl in the other side.

She picks up her phone and dialed her brother's number.

"Hello kuya? How many minutes? Okay........in 10 minutes then hurry up please." Althea put back her phone in her pocket and guide the girl to stand up.

"Do you remember where the safe house location?" Ask Althea to the shivering girl.

"W..hat do y...ou mean?" Replied the girl a little bet quivering with a questioning look.

"We have to save the girl who's with you, or her life will be in great jeopardy." Concerned Althea, she could not just leave somebody behind knowing she possibly can help or do something to save her.

"But we are only two hopeless young girls compared to the 5 men who you saw earlier, it's impossible what you're saying!" With a panicked look showing in her face, she knows this girl in front of her is determined to save her fellow captive.

However she has to stop her or their own lives will be in liability.

She can't go through that horrifying event happened for the past 3 weeks again if they'll be caught.

"Listen to me.....? What's your name again? Ask Althea.

"'J', call me 'J'." Replied the girl.

"Okay....'J' we have to go back, don't under estimate me. I can protect us from the 5 big men even if they are 10 men I bet my life on it, trust me please I beg you for the other girl who is helplessly waiting for somebody to help her." You can see in her eyes the conviction and willpower to save another life even if it cause hers.

The young girl just nod for understanding, she knows this valiant woman cannot be stop, so either way she has no choice.

Wait.........of course she has a choice but she choose to be with this girl, even though they are in this predicament, with this girl beside her she feels safe.........why?

"Thank you 'J'.....come on hope on in my bike we have no time to lose, if my mathematically mind is right we only have 5 minutes to spare to save the girl.....hurry up 'J'. Don't worry my brother and some help will come soon and before you know it you are free." Assuring the young girl with her signature 'eye disappearing smile'.

Then the girl was shock......'that smile it's so familiar and so soothing, to whom did she saw that before?' The young girl thought still eyes on the girl in front of her.

"Hey you okay? Hold on okay?" Althea cut her wandering thoughts from her past.........she wish she remember.

That familiarity.

Althea crank her bike easily, with ease........she maneuver to the forest accelerating her bike as humanly as possible.

On the other hand the young girl in her back is holding her tightly while directing her to the abductors safe house.

With 2 minutes to spare left, she immediately instruct the young girl to go down from the bike when they arrive at the place, then she followed.

After she secured the bike from sighted, they went inside the safe house.

They found the other girl, in the corner of the cell crouching embracing her knee in a very awkward position.

Althea immediately kneel down in front of the girl.

"Hey, are you alright? Look at me please?" Althea talking to the girl getting her attention.

And she successfully get her attention by rubbing the girls face so ever softly.

The girl is looking straight at her with no emotion what so ever.

"You are safe now don't worry....you are safe." Touching both face of the girl rubbing it soothingly.

The girl just leaning more her face to the touch of Althea's hand still looking at her intensely.

The girls face looks blank but her eyes tell otherwise......it shows of relieve, joy and admiration.

Since Althea can't get the girl to talk, she instantly carries the girl effortlessly; even the young girl with her is dumbfounded how strong she is, knowing how small and lean her figure is.

As they maneuver their selve the way.........they easily get out the ware house and ride her bike, the girl that Althea carried..........instantly is latching her both hands in her neck hugging her intensely like the girl's life is depending on it.
