chat noir x reader

Looking down at the hour for the umpteenth time that night he let out a sigh.

"Maybe she's not coming. Why did I think that she would meet up with a silly cat like me? I'm such a fool! I'm...such a fool..."

"This was a terrible idea...haha."

Running a hand through his hair the laughter was soon reduced down to silent sobbing.

Grabbing at his hair the feline let out a loud groan followed by a set of sniffles.

"Arrrggghhh!!!" He shouted taking out his baton and jumping off the building.

The cold night air slapped his warm cheeks as tears spilled through his eyes. It felt nice.

"The only good thing about tonight." He said stopping to admire the stars that were sprinkled across the dark sky.

Snapping out of his trance the blond realised that he was soon to transform back.

Chat swiftly made his way back home.

Plagg hit the ground as the boy was barely able to make it in time to transform back.

"Hey Adrien, it's okay."

"Leave me alone, Plagg." He muttered from behind his knees.

"Listen kid it's-"

"I said leave me alone!" He shouted hugging his knees closer to his chest.

"I just want to be left alone."

The kwamii pursued his lips but pestered no further and left the boy alone.

By morning Adrien had hoped to feel a little better which he did except for the fact that his eyes were red and puffy.

Groaning he made an attempt to get out of bed although it still ached.

"You look terrible." Plagg stated giving the boy a 360 degrees check out.

"Thanks Plagg." The boy said sarcastically rolling his eyes.

"Hey, just stating the facts." The kwamii said in defense with a shrug.

"Whatever, I'm going to take a shower."

He felt something hard under his foot so he bent down and picked it up. His heart sank-it was his ladybug action figure.

"Oh no not again."

"Haha, don't worry Plagg I'm fine." He said dryly after a while of staring at the figurine in his hands.

After taking a much needed shower the Agreste boy got ready to be dropped off at school.

Looking out the window of the car he began to get lost in thought when something caught his eye. It was a few strands of hair belonging to a mysterious person.

His eyes followed the hair but he was sadly not able to catch who it belonged to.

As soon as the car door opened the green eyed boy rushed out in search for the person.

"I could have sworn..." Biting his lip he sighed and began to walk up the stairs where he was met by Nino.

"Hey dude you okay? You looked a little confused?"

"Hey Nino, oh it's nothing I just... it's nothing."

"Well whatever you say dude."

The boys chatted as they made their way to their first period.

"And so I told him, I will defeat you no matter what because I am Nino the great-"

Adrien froze.

It was the hair again!

"Yeah uh Nino I'll catch up to you later!" He shouted running after the mysterious person.

"Okay whatever you say dude...Weird but I guess." Nino said scratching his head confused.

"I know you are out there please come out...?" Adrien looked around only to be met by a vacant hallway.

"But, I could have sworn."

The bell soon rang signaling the beginning of class.

Letting out a sigh Adrien made his way back to the classrooms.

Nino waved him over and he waved back taking a seat beside him.

"Are you okay dude? You look a little lost."

"It's just that there was this person, well I don't know who it is exactly but I saw their hair! And , I just dunno Nino." He finished sighing.

"Dude, chill out."

"Guess you're right."

Class went by without another sighting of the mysterious person. The day went smoothly until someone got akumatized and had to be brought down.

Ladybug arrived at the scene minutes after Chat had done so.

Chat tried his best to not let his emotions get the best of him as he fought alongside ladybug.

After they had defeated the villan 
Chat noir was a little hesitant to fist bump her. Ladybug was a little oblivious to this and just assumed that it was nothing so she left before she could transform back.

Seeing as it would take a while for him to transform back Chat decided to wander Paris for a while.

That was when he saw the hair again. His eyes nearly bulged out of his head as the mysterious person he had been chasing all day had appeared before him.

"H-Hey!" He shouted after them.

The person slowly turned around to whoever was calling them.

His heart stopped.

They were absolutely stunning.

He was at a loss of words. Not even his witty puns could save him now. His mind had gone completely blank.

"I-I, umm..."

"Hm?"

They were absolutely beautiful.

"Is there something you need?"

Seeing as his vocal cords weren't cooperating he left it to his body to answer. He furiously shook his head causing them to laugh.

Holy moly, even their laugh was amazing.

"I'm chat noir, pleasure to meet you." He said bowing to them.

"I'm y/n the pleasure is all mine." They replied bowing as well.

They both burst out laughing.

Extending out his hand to them they took it and shook his hand. They both grinned

Every since that day Adrien has been showing up at the park, as Chat noir of course, to meet up with his new found friend.

They would talk about almost anything. They shared their deepest thoughts their fears, everything. He even built the courage to share what had happened with ladybug.

Smiling softly they placed a hand on his. "It's going to be okay."

"Yeah." He said smiling.

Now that you're here, it's going to be more than okay. It's going to be great
