(Put the volume low and turn on now)

'You know what's crazy' I said as I lifted my head from Ariana's shoulder 'what' I paused for a moment to gather all the words in my head together to say what I wanted to say 'how you can walk by a stranger on the street and not know what's going on with them' 'I don't really get what you mean y/n', I picked up some sand and let it fall between my fingers until there was no sand left in my hand 'they could be holding the weight of the whole world on their shoulders and you wouldn't even notice,they could be having one of the worst days they've ever had and you wouldn't even notice,they could be on their way to stop all the pain that they have and you wouldn't even notice'

We both sat there in silence the only noise we could get was the waves crashing against the rocks 'y/n you kinda have to look at it like this okay' I brought my gaze over to her face to show her that I was listening 'let's just say everyone in the world has their own book about them and you know the way a book has a certain amount of characters well you're just not one of the characters in their book and you've never read the book therefore you don't know anything about that person fo you know what I mean' I laughed lightly 'yeah I get where your coming from' 'okay now come here' she patted her lap and I laid my head down on her

It was about three in the morning and we waited there to watch the sunrise, 'the sun is one of the most beautiful things on earth and that is a fact' I said while both of us were looking at the sun 'I couldn't agree with you more y/n/n' I took my gaze off of the sun to look at Ariana 'and you know what the most beautiful thing on earth is' 'what?' She said still looking at the sun 'you' when I said that I got to see the most beautiful smile come up on her face 'I love you' she said looking at me instead of the sun 'the feeling is mutual' I laughed

'Y/n/n can you pass me the sauce' Kylie said,she was attempting to make her own pizza from scratch because both of us had no money to buy one 'here you go' I said giving her the sauce 'anyways how have you been' she said as she placed the pizza in the oven to cook, I never had a deep conversation with Kylie which was odd because I knew her for as long as I can remember come to think of it actually the only person besides Ariana that I had a deep conversation with was Camila. 'I'm good you'

She sat down on the counter top facing me 'I'm not good' we both didn't say anything for a minute until I decided to speak up 'wanna talk about it' she didn't say anything for a moment she just kept her gaze on the floor 'I haven't really been feeling like me for a long time now y/n/n and no one seems to even notice or care' 'How are you not feeling like yourself' it took her a moment to form a sentence 'I just feel numb you know like as if I can't feel anything and the days just seem darker for some weird reason and I noticed that I'm pretending to be happy when I'm not' I walked over to her and embraced her in a hug,she started to cry on my shoulder 'I know how you feel K it's gonna be okay,it's gonna be okay I promise nothing lasts forever bad or good and I want you to know I'm always here for you no matter what time it is day or night I'm here for you' 'thank you y/n/n' she said between sobs 'shhh it's okay everything is gonna be just fine okay'

Kylie and I talked for a good four hours it was 10pm right now and I was on my bike cycling home when my phone buzzed in my pocket it was from Camila

Camila 🤪🤪:hey are you free to do something right now it's okay if you can't, it's just right now I could really use a friend

Y/n:yeah sure I'm free right now.

'So what had the magnificent y/n been up to these past few days' Camila said taking a sup from her water 'I've been good it's just today has been let's just say an odd day for you me if you must' a confused look made it's way to Camila's face 'how so' 'it's not really my place to say but keep in mind that we all don't really know who either one of us are' 'that is true that's why you can share a few things with people but it's best if you don't share everything' 'amen to that' we both laughed

'You know what Camila' 'what y/n' she said with enthusiasm 'in a way we should've never went into a relationship with each other' she hummed 'but you can't lie y/n we did have our moments' I chuckled 'yeah we sure did but I'm glad that we're friends now' 'yeah me too'
