A critique partner is someone you exchange works with, and edit each other's stuff until both of you get papers bleeding with red ink all over. (it's not a professional edit. This happens before beta readers and editing.)
WHAT KIND OF CRITIQUE PARTNERS TO LOOK FOR
1. A writer
2. Not an Idiot
3. Someone Reliable
4. Exchange Manuscripts
5. Find Someone on Your Own Writing Level
6. You are Allowed to Have More than One.
* for me, I have three. Two friends from my school. (we all three rotate in editing each other's stuff.) and then I have one from my church.
*If you have more two, try to get at least one male, and one female. Cause boys and girls both read books differently. (I have two girls and one boy.)
