Evelyn Claire Bennett was born on February 14, 1983 in London. Her parents being Natasha and Peter Bennett. She is the fourth child out of six. Her father, Peter Bennett, being a millionaire before she was born as he came up with his own company- Bennett & Co. A company that was solely based on men's tuxedos at first but then quickly grew into a line full of watches, dress shoes, ties, and men's cologne.
Watching her dad be in his element, is where she developed her love of fashion. After she graduated secondary school, she applied to New York School of Design, a fashion institute school in New York and graduated with high recommendations from her professors.
She then went on to intern for Teen Vogue, earning her a position at Paris Fashion Week. She worked there for a year before moving to New York City to work with one of the top designers in the Fashion Industry, Nicole Westbrook. Evelyn lived in New York working for Nicole Westbrook for two years before deciding to venture out on her own and move back home to London to start her own business- Eve Bennett & Co.
Evelyn met Prince William in 2007 when she attended one of her own Fashion Shows as a guest. The couple dated for four years after he broke things off with his long-term girlfriend, Kate Middleton, before getting married on November 15, 2011.
Evelyn speaks four languages: English (her native), French, Welsh, and Spanish. She has always had a love for travel and languages finding them fascinating. Making this a strong point for her in the Royal family whenever they speak to dignitaries or travel to other countries. It is not uncommon for the Royal family to speak other languages other than their native.
Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and Prince William, Prince Philip, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne, and Prince Edward speak French as well. Prince Philip and Prince William both speak German, they know a little bit of Welsh as well and speak Gaelic. Swahili is a known language that is commonly used among the British Royal Family as they spend a lot of their time in Africa. Some members of the family are known to even speak Russian- Prince Michael of Kent and his wife Princess Michael.

Just warning you: Meghan Markle won't be Harry's girl in this story. So if you were hoping for that I'm sorry that you will be very disappointed but this is a work of fiction! Kate will be in this story but she's not the main character.
