"McDonalds... after all this about food you want McDonalds..." Sean said as I bit into my burger

"What only fast food places are open this late" I said with food in mouth only making me more attractive to any nearby spectators

"I know but... never mind" Sean said as he bit into his chicken nuggets

"Speak your mind!"

"I mean we might as well just came with everyone if this is all we will be doing"

"What do you mean we can make this romantic, you just have to try harder" I said sipping my juice

"... I guess you're right" Sean as he got up and went to the counter

The lights began to dim, the music changed to more of a RnB tone instead of the usual top 50 songs, and he came back with some kids meal drawing mats and placed them underneath our food to help show off like a restaurant does

"Inventive" I said as I noticed that even the McDonald's workers went more towards to back so the dining area can be more quiet "What did you do?"

"Oh I said we had bad day and wanted to have a nice date so they did me a favor" Sean said

"So you lied"

"Not really I mean around lunchtime wasn't the best moment for both of us" He said which I couldn't help but agree with

"Alright" I said raising my plastic cup for a toast "To new starts!"

"You're so corny!" Sean said but returned my toast with his water bottle

"So about you kissing Bailey" I said to him as he got immediately uncomfortable

"Don't ruin a good moment!" Sean pleaded

"Who was better me or her?"

"...Don't get mad"

"I won't"

I will if he says Bailey or lies

"You were, easily" Sean said as I tried to find the lie but wasn't sensing it "I mean Bailey's was quick but yours was way more powerful, you almost didn't make me think you never kissed anyone"

"Oh that's good... wait what do you mean almost?!"

"I mean its obvious you didn't know what you were doing but the emotions were there" Sean said not making me feel better

And after all that time practicing kissing on my stuffed animals after Tahani called me out

"Well... I guess I'll need more practice"

"I hope I'm your partner" Sean said as I rolled my eyes at his attempt "We can start now!"

"Alright 5! 6! 7! 8!"
