"Now, you're sure they're all closed?" Nancy said, looking at Eleven gravely.
She nodded. "Safe." Eleven tried a smile, but it wasn't returned by smiling faces.
Anticipation and fear loomed in everyone's heart, clearly shown on their faces. Eleven glanced around.
"Problem?" She asked curiously. Mike looked up.
"What if they come back? What if we're never safe?"
Eleven took his hands into hers.
"Safe."
