Like a Miracle (Forever Love) 2

Jin Seon Mi slowly opened her eyes. The rays of the sun coming from the outside touches her skin. Her body is still sore from their making love last night. Her husband, the Great Sage, Equal to the Heavens Son Oh Gong, was still lying fast asleep, holding her in his arms. Jin Seon Mi smiled as he watched him sleep. "How did I became so lucky that I get to have you as my husband?" She said quietly as she scanned his handsome face.

For her, everything feels surreal. Seems like everything happened so fast. Who would've thought that the fairy-nim that she met twenty five years ago would now become her husband. She smiled as she thought about this. Like a movie, everything that they have been through flashed back before her. From that very day that he showed up, while crossing the street; the night he saved her from the evil spirits that are swarming around her trying to eat her; the very first Christmas Eve that they spent together as family, friends and lovers. The day she activated the geumganggo and he returned her memory of his name. Seon Mi couldn't help but smile as she remembered him saying "Because I love you." For a number of times that she couldn't count. Until now, whenever Son Oh Gong says those words to her, her heart flutters. The day when she woke up inside the movie theatre after being shot inside the film strip was one of the happiest times of her life. Even though most of the time she has restrained herself from showing how she truly feels, her love for him grows more each passing day.

Her train of thoughts stopped when she felt him move. Son Oh Gong opened his eyes and found his wife smiling as she stares at him. "Jin Seon Mi, I didn't know that you have this habit of watching this handsome monkey each time you wake up." He said as he playfully touched the bridge of her nose. She then realized that after the night she poured her heart on him, she too was like this. Reminiscing all of the times they spent together as she watched him sleep. "I couldn't help it. This handsome monkey beside me is so attractive that my eyes were only fixed on him as soon as I woke up." She replied playfully. Son Oh Gong chuckled then he pulled her close and gave her a quick kiss on her lips. He looked at her lovingly as he pulled back, caressing her hair gently. Seon Mi smiled at him. "I love you Son Oh Gong." She said. "Are you still pouring your heart out on me?" He said playfully. Jin Seon Mi nodded shyly. "Yes." Son Oh Gong then pulled her again for another kiss. This time, a passionate kiss that is full of love. Jin Seon Mi feels like she's in heaven as she kissed him back. His warm breath intertwined with hers, as they shared the kiss. His hand travels all over her body as he pulled her closer, closing any gap between them. She entangled her arms around his neck as his lips starts to move to her jawline, leaving a trail of kisses down to her neck. His warm breath sends shivers down to her spine as he kissed her collarbone. He then moved up and kissed her behind her neck. "I love you Jin Seon Mi." He whispered seductively on her ear. And once again, their bodies became one as they poured out their love on each other.

"Jin Seon Mi," he said as he caressed her hair gently. "Hmm?" Jin Seon Mi was lying her head on his chest. "What do you want to do today? Let's do everything that you want." He said. Jin Seon Mi looked up to him in surprise. "Really? Everything that I want?" Son Oh Gong nodded. "Yup. So tell me what you want to do." "Uhm," Jin Seon Mi thought for a while. Son Oh Gong couldn't help but smile as he watched her pout as she thinks about what she wants to do. "She's so adorably cute." He thought. "Let me cook for you. Tell me what you want to eat. I'll cook it for you." She said excitedly. "Ddeokbokki." He replied. "Ddeokbokki? But you don't like spicy foods. Are you sure?" She asked, worry is written all over her face. Son Oh Gong nodded in assurance. "Yes."

Jin Seon Mi got out of bed excitedly and went straight to the kitchen. She was wearing only his shirt. Son Oh Gong followed her shortly. He sat on one of the kitchen stools as he watched her work her way around the kitchen. Son Oh Gong smiled as he watched her. Just like the first time that she cooked for him, he couldn't help but admire her more as he watched her cook happily.

As she was busy cooking, Jin Seon Mi was startled when she felt him pulled her hair gently. "Son Oh Gong, what are you-" "Stay still." He said as he tied her hair in a ponytail then he went back to his seat which left her in dazed. She could feel the heat slowly spread all over her face. "Focus on your cooking or it's going to burn." She snapped back to reality upon hearing his words and focused on what she's doing. "Oy, Jin Seon Mi, are you blushing right now?" Son Oh Gong asked as he leaned in on the kitchen counter to see her face closely. "Yah, Son Oh Gong stop teasing me, unless you want to eat burned ddeokbokki." She said unable to look at him. "I don't mind eating burned food as long as it's you who make it." He said smiling cheekily at her.

After a while, Jin Seon Mi served him ddeokbokki. "How was it? Is it too spicy?" She asked worriedly as he watched him took a bite of the fish cake from the ddeokbokki she made. "It's delicious. As expected from our Jin Seon Mi." He said, though Jin Seon Mi could tell from the look on his face that it was spicy for him.

"Son Oh Gong, let's go grocery shopping later. We need to buy things we need for our house." Jin Seon Mi said as she washed the dishes. Son Oh Gong hugged her from behind. "We could ask Sa Oh Jeong for those things." Jin Seon Mi turned around and glared at him. "You're the one who said to do everything that I want today, are you backing out with your words?" "I'm just kidding. Arasseo, let's go grocery shopping later." He said smiling at her then he planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

The two of them went to the mart to go grocery shopping. Son Oh Gong followed her as they go around every aisle to buy things for their house. "Son Oh Gong, aren't these cute?" Jin Seon Mi said happily as she showed him a pair of couple slippers. "Jin Seon Mi, aren't these too childish?" He said as he stared at the slippers that she's holding as if they are the most hideous things he saw. Jin Seon Mi's reaction changed from excited to dejected in an instant upon hearing him and seeing his facial reaction. "I'm sorry your wife is too childish." She said as she put those slippers back to where she get them. "Jin Seon Mi, what's wrong?" He said upon noticing her change of behavior. "Nothing." She said as she pushed their cart. Son Oh Gong stopped her. "Jin Seon Mi, look at me." He said as he turned her around. "Are you mad because I said that it's childish?" "No." She said, not looking at him. "I'm sorry that I didn't think about your choice when I showed you those couple slippers. It's just that, I've always wanted to try having couple things before." She replied in almost inaudible voice. She looked at him but he's no longer there. She tried to look for him and was surprised when he saw him back with almost every couple things he could find. "Son Oh Gong, why are these...." " You said you wanted to try having couple things, so I got every couple things available." He replied as he put down everything that he's holding onto their cart. He got those, couple shirts, couple pajamas, mugs, slippers, towels - every couple things that he could find. "You didn't have to buy everything though." She said in awe as she look at their cart which is already full.

After grocery shopping, they went to the park and Jin Seon Mi bought a large strawberry cotton candy for Son Oh Gong. "Why are you giving this to me? What about you? You also love cotton candy right?" Son Oh Gong asked. "I know you love cotton candy more than I do." She replied as she handed him the cotton candy. The truth is she felt bad that he had to eat the spicy ddeokbokki earlier even though he's not used to spicy foods so she bought him the cotton candy. Jin Seon Mi couldn't help but smile as she watched her husband eat the cotton candy happily.
