CHAPTER2 - GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME- PART2

Previously on Absolute Blessing:

Sue Marie Asillo had been working in a company with Mr.Ikeda but she stopped working after his death. Staying at home make Sue's health deteriorated cause of missing someone which made her Aunt very tired and sad cause of her, until one day a friend of her Aunt offered her a new job.

Sue accepted the job because of the workplace that brings back many memories for her.

Sue moved to the new location within two days leaving her Aunt for the first time hoping to start a new life ?

First day of Sue at work ..she met Rosalyn whom looked very gentle, they had a trip around the company till she reached her office where she met officemate Jen and Amanda whom she felt doesn't like her presence as compared to Rosalyn.

Jen was bossy to Sue since the start but Sue showed high performance on her first day.

Will Sue resist to what she experienced from Jen and Amanda??

As times flies fast Jen and Amanda preparing to leave .... and Sue looked at them.

Jen to Amanda including Sue:

"It's time for lunch. You have one hour break. You can join us if you want ...we will go to my house, it's just near here."

Sue smiled at Jen:

"No it's okay I still need to fix those files before I leave so I can be updated, me and Rosalyn agreed having lunch together."

Jen and Amanda did not utter a word. They left the office and said bye to Sue.

Sue sighed upon seeing Amanda gossips to Jen while laughing together and continue checking the encoded files, she hardly took notice of the time until Rosalyn approached her and said:

"Hey busy girl, I waited for you at the reception for fifteen minutes now, you don't care to have your lunch?"

"Come on there's a nice canteen near our office you may want to try it"

Sue to Rosalyn:

"Oh, I'm sorry, I still have to finish this, just give me few minutes, then we both go to eat, okay."

Sue added while holding some files:

"By the way I have something to tell you about these files"

Rosalyn cut her talk before she finished:

"No way ... it's your first day and you have to take it slowly ... stop now and come join me ... I'll be waiting at my desk"

Sue smiled at her trying to finish the last page she was holding:

"Here am I, come on Rosalyn let's see what's for lunch"

Sue and Rosalyn had one thing in common, they both appeared true to themselve, and Sue trusted her at once.

Sue and Rosalyn reached the canteen, it is a commonly small café, selections of food are fewer, and it is not an elegant place which makes Sue understand why Amanda and Jen gossiped about Rosalyn but Sue was so comfortable being with her.
