I want to post this and let people know; I learned the hard way. I did a one-person hide-and-seek ritual with a couple friends, and something happened. It wasn't what we wanted.
There were silhouettes of people in my house. I saw a demon— not an 'oh, look, a ghost' thing, a real demon, and the evil came off it in giant waves, and I couldn't shower without checking outside, I checked under my bed nightly (sometimes multiple times) and I sleep with the light on. My friend threw up blood multiple times, got a gushing nosebleed after attempting to lock the doll away (she doesn't get nosebleeds often, and never that much blood), and the doll moved around in her house. It opened her locked closet door. The ouija board worked for her, and it lied to her. Demons are real.
Please, don't ever try rituals, summoning, ouija boards, or anything like that. You don't know the terror that haunted us for months. The pain and the fear isn't anything I'd want somebody to go through. Nobody should be afraid of getting out of bed, going downstairs alone, or doing anything because of something like that. Nobody should feel trapped, sobbing in the corner, feeling the oppression of evil poisoning them. Don't do it.
I'm not going to tell anyone they need to convert to my religion, or they're a sinner for something, because I haven't always been this way, and everybody's a sinner in some way. I wouldn't be adverse to somebody believing the same as me, believe me, I'd be glad for you that you found God. I won't tell you you're wrong for your religion or your sexuality, or anything else, but don't mess with that stuff. If you've seen them too, if you hallucinate shadow people or light people, talk to somebody. It could be your parents, your sibling, your best friend, your teacher, your doctor, or your pastor/minister/priest etc (I'd encourage that one, my dad talked to a pastor and the pastor was super understanding and guided us through steps to stop it happening). If you don't have anyone else, reach out to me if you want, or leave your religious book open (if you have a religion), or pray (again, if that's your thing), comfort yourself however you need to. Don't suffer in silence like I did, thinking I was hallucinating or imagining things for a year before we even consciously did something.
Whatever you do, just don't try it. If it works, you'll regret it, and be haunted by it for the rest of your life.
