It's already 7pm.

The moon was only the source of light.

The sound of the crickets is all you can hear.

And the deep breaths of two persons watching the stars.

No one dared to talk after that. But still, they felt happy and contented.

"Are you serious?" Thirdy was the first one to recover.

"2 hours already passed by, and you only asked it now?" Bea laughed.

"Ang tagal nag sink-in, Bea. I feel like I'm so lucky. Nagustuhan ako ng taong gusto ko." Thirdy can't help but to smile.

"I guess we're both lucky. Nagustuhan natin ang isa't isa." Bea genuinely smiled.

Thirdy just shook his head while laughing.

"So...ano na?" Bea asked.

"What?"

"We both like each other. You know this isn't friendship anymore. Ano tayo, Thirdy?"

Thirdy wasn't able to speak immediately.

"Gusto mo, tayo na?" Thirdy slowly asked.

In shock, Bea slapped the latter's shoulder forcefully.

"Aray! Ang sakit ha?" Thirdy massaged his shoulder.

"Nakakagulat ka kasi!" Bea defended.

"Akala ko ba gusto mo ng label?"

"Ligaw muna huy." Bea jokingly said.

"Ok." He shrugged.

Bea furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Thirdy.

"Balak naman talaga kitang ligawan eh." Thirdy explained. "Kaso hindi pa ako nagpapaalam sa parents mo."

"Oo nga pala. Parents ko." Bea slapped her forehead.

Silence.

"I'm contented sa kung ano tayo ngayon, Bei." Thirdy said. "Ikaw?"

"As much as possible, gusto ko na malinaw yung status natin. But..." Bea inhaled deeply.

"But?"

"But, sobrang bilis. Hindi tayo prepared sa kung anong consequences nito."

"What are you trying to imply?" Thirdy looked at the latter in confusion.

"Ganito muna tayo."

"Walang label, walang anything?"

"Yes." Bea agreed.

Thirdy nodded.

"What's important is alam natin na we like each other. Diba?"

"Pero, may pag-asa tayo?" Thirdy asked.

"What do you think?" Bea genuinely smiled.

Thirdy also smiled widely and hugged her.

"I've never been so happy again, Bea."

"But, are you willing to wait?" Bea hesitantly asked.

"I've already waited years for someone, I can do it again now."

-----

The two are starting to clean the area as they already decided to go home.

"Hatid na kita sa dorm." Thirdy offered.

Bea just nodded, she didn't know how to commute after all.

Thirdy ran to the passenger's side to open the car door even before the latter did.
