Hide and seek

"You know, there's one thing I think you have the right to know about y/n."

You had looked at him with a questioning face, and hadn't been sure what he was talking about.

"What is it that I need to know about Hobi?"

He threw a glance around the room, scanning it to be sure that no one was in earshot to hear him. Then he said

"Well, I'm sorry if this is a personal question. But I need an answer to be able to warn you about it."

"Erhm okay... Go ahead I guess." you replied getting a bit anxious on how Hoseok was acting right now. Was it something dangerous? No it couldn't be right, Jimin wouldn't hurt you.

Hoseok hesitated a bit as his question lingered a bit on his tongue, but then he sighed and asked rather embarrassed.

"Have you and Jimin had...you know...any kind of sexual interactions yet?" his cheeks turned an intense red, almost like when a flower first blossoms after a long winter.

Sexual interactions?! You pretty much choked on your own spit and immediately began blushing just as Hoseok did. Jimin and your relationship hadn't exactly gotten that far yet. Though you had kissed if that counted as one, but you didn't think that was what Hoseok was hinting at.

Pictures of the two of you alone together, the touch of his hot naked skin against yours. And sounds so far away from heaven that you could possibly come escaping from the two of your mouths in the middle of the night, all of that appeared in your mind in that moment. Giving you the chills.

Sure you did like Jimin, but still you couldn't imagine something like that without pushing it away. Was it because you were scared? Well maybe that was the reason, but perhaps it also was because there still was a part of you that held on to your promise "I'm never gonna sleep with Park Jimin, if so that is the last thing I'll do". A lot of things had changed since you first met him, but that thought still made you cringe somehow.

Hoseok noticed that you seemed uncomfortable, so he said

"You don't need to answer it, I'm sorry. But I will try to explain to you anyway then."

Then he began telling you about sirens mating laws. A siren who has found it's soulmate, will transform into some kind of obsessed mating machine if the couple hasn't had any sexual interactions with one another. Apparently this only goes for the first time, since they want to make you theirs as soon as possible. And that they can be pretty extreme if necessary.

"Just promise me to be safe okay? Don't forget that sirens are actually dangerous killers, even though I happen to be an exception." he said and laughed.

Hoseok's words kept ringing in your ears, perhaps that was what all of this was about? This whole hide and seek thing and the "payment", Jimin didn't have a "mating plan"in mind did he? Because if that was the case, then you would be doomed.

"99, 100." Jimin's voice from downstairs interrupted your thoughts, pulling you back into reality. Or well, back to the dark closet to be exact.

"Wherever you're hiding right now, I will sooner or later find you my princess. You just wait." he said loudly in a singing voice, making all of the hairs on your body once again stand up. And it didn't get any better, when you suddenly heard the stairs creak outside of the room.

"Oh y/n, come out come out wherever you're." his voice said and echoed in your head as the footsteps came closer and closer towards the door.
