(A/N: So this one is for Crushcrushcrush by Paramore. I liked the karaoke night idea. Also, KJ means Karaoke Jockey in case you weren't sure ;))
It wasn't out of the ordinary for the group to have a night out after a mission. Generally it was just a movie night or a party run by Tony, but this time Natasha had the idea to go to a local karaoke bar. I loved singing, but I was a bit nervous because Clint had agreed to go and, well, I had a bit of a thing for him.
I changed into my favorite (F/c) halter top and a black skirt that sat just above the knee, then wore my thigh-high black boots. Fixing my (H/c) hair into a cute style, I met the rest of them at the lobby of the tower and we all hopped in the air to head to the karaoke bar.
Tony, of course, kept feeding us all shots. I chased mine with beer, but I was pretty buzzed when I was finally called up to sing the song I'd chosen. I couldn't help but stare at Clint as I started reciting the words.
I got a lot to say to you
Yeah I got a lot to say
I noticed your eyes are always glued to me
Keeping them here and it makes no sense at all
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
Your little spies
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
Your little spies
Crush, crush, crush, crush, crush (one, two, three, four)
Nothing compares to a quiet evening alone
Just the one two of us is counting on
That never happens, I guess I'm dreaming again
Let's be more than, this
Gaining a bit of confidence, I pointed at Clint as I sang the second verse, giving a "come hither" motion as I sang 'come on, come on' and putting a single finger up when I sang 'one whole minute'.
If you wanna play it like a game
Come on, come on let's play
'Cause I'd rather waste my life pretending
Than have to forget you for one whole minute
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
Your little spies
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
Your little spies
Crush, crush, crush, crush, crush (one, two, three, four)
Nothing compares to a quiet evening alone
Just the one two of us is counting on

Let's be more than, this now
I started walking forward, the alcohol making my inhibitions lessen. When I stopped in front of Clint, he looked up at me, amused. Tony started making catcalls and Nat cheered drunkenly as I swung my hips in front of the Hawk, acting like he was the only one watching.
Rock and roll baby, don't you know that
We're all alone now, I need something to sing about
Rock and roll honey, (Hey) don't you know baby
We're all alone now, I need something to sing about
Rock and roll honey, (Hey) don't you know baby
We're all alone now, give me something to sing about
Nothing compares to a quiet evening alone
Just the one two of us is counting on
That never happens, I guess I'm dreaming again
Let's be more than, no
Nothing compares to a quiet evening alone
Just the one two of us is counting on
That never happens, I guess I'm dreaming again
Let's be more than, more than this
When I finished my song, I walked back up to the KJ and handed them the mic before heading back to the table to watch the next singer. As soon as I walked past Clint, he grabbed my arm and pulled me into his lap. I squeaked in surprise then laughed. "Mr. Barton, I don't remember you asking for a lap dance."
He grabbed my waist to keep me from sliding off, then moved his lips to my ear to whisper so the others wouldn't hear. "Maybe later then?"
I decided to go for broke. Hell, if it didn't work out, I'd just blame the alcohol. Grabbing his face, I planted my lips on his. The rest of the group started hooting and hollering at us. Apparently they knew about my little crush already.
What I was not aware of was that the feeling was mutual.
When he kissed me back, I wasn't sure if it was him or the tequila that had my head spinning. He held my cheek as he deepened the kiss, pressing his tongue in to wrestle with my own. I got lost in the moment and grabbed at his shirt, moaning into his lips.
"Hey, you two, get a room, you're killing my buzz!" Sam Wilson's comment and laugh brought us back to reality and we pulled away. My face was probably as red as Tony's Iron Man suit and I stood up to sit in my own seat. Nat nudged me with a giggle and I went back to my beer.
The rest of the night was pretty uneventful. Some of the group would get up and sing. Tony sang Sinatra's "My Way", Wanda and Nat did "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun", and Sam sang Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On", winking at me and Clint as he did it. I laughed and rolled my eyes, until Clint glanced over and wiggled his eyebrows at me. Then I laughed harder.
When we returned to the tower, Clint pulled me by my wrist to his room and slammed the door behind him. He pushed me against the wall and crashed his lips on mine, grabbing my hips and pinning me to the door. I reached up and pushed him away gently. "Clint...are you sure you want this? This isn't the booze talking, right?"
He looked at me, brushing my cheek with the back of his hand and pulling my face up by my chin. "(Y/n), I've wanted you since the day you walked into Stark Tower and convinced Tony to let you join the Avengers. If the alcohol did anything, it gave me the cajones to actually do something about it." He dipped his face down and captured my lips again, eliciting a soft moan.
I pushed him back toward the bed, straddling him as I kissed his neck and shoulders. He slipped his hands up my sides and began to undress me.
In the hallway, Natasha handed Tony a $50 bill. Tony wagged his finger at her. "See, I told you all they needed was a little push...and a lot of alcohol." Nat rolled her eyes and headed to bed.
I woke up with the worst hangover I'd had in years, but in the arms of the Hawk I felt better than ever.
