Faith’s POV:
-3 days later-
Today was the day. Today we were to come into contact with our abuser. Cara, Gabby and I have been having horrific nightmares for the past few nights. I was so nervous I was literally shaking. Cara, Gabby and I got ready in my room. Gabby did our hair, Cara did our make- up and I chose each one of our outfits.
We had to be at the court house by 11:30am and it was now 10:30am so we had 30 minutes left to get ready before we had to leave to make it on time.
“Are you guys nervous?” Gabby was looking really pale, she looked like she keeping something inside.
“Um a bit. Are you?” I was lying I was nervous
“Yeah I honestly am. I don’t know what he might do when he sees us. Cara, how are you doing?” Gabby and I turned to Cara who was trying to keep in her emotions.
“Hey it’s ok. We are here for you. What’s up?” Gabby and I sat on either side of Cara who began to shake vigorously.
“I’m just- just so scared guys. I don’t know if I can go through with this. I can’t handle seeing his face. I just can’t do it” she began crying, I was about to do her make up for her so thank god she didn’t have any make-up on.
“Shh, it’s okay Cara. Nothing will happen to us. I promise. The guys won’t let anything happen to us. “ I pulled Cara into a hug to try and calm her down. This was about to be a long and stressful day.
30 minutes later -
It was time to go. Gabby, Cara and I looked at each other one last time and let me just say we looked HOT! I “put” Gabby in a thin strapped teal sundress with a brown belt that came around her waist and defined her figure even more. She had her hair in natural curls that came down her shoulders. Cara was in a navy blue and black dress. The bottom was black lace and the top was a simple navy blue top (with simple sleeves). Cara wore her hair naturally straight which draped beautifully over her shoulders. I put myself in a sky blue lace dress. The back had a simple opening near my shoulder blades and the whole dress was lace and the undertone color was sky blue. I wore my hair slightly curled as I had mainly over 1 shoulder. Now when it comes to shoes, none of us wanted to wear heels (like hell no) so we all converse J the converse matched the main color of our dress.
A slight knock came at my/ Mikey’s room door. I walked over to it with Gabby and Cara closely behind and when I opened the door it was Ashton. He cleaned up nicely, even though I have seen most of the guys were suits before but I don’t think I have ever seen Ashton in a suit. He looked good.
Gabby walked with Ashton out of the room (mainly because of her whole broken ankle situation). We walked down the stairs and outside where the other guys were waiting for us. I walked to Mikey and he had the biggest and goofiest smile on his face. I gave him a small peck on his lips and I just smiled.
“What are looking at?” I asked
“Well, you know a beautiful girl who just happens to be my girlfriend” man he was corny
