2,862,163 likes harrystyles: having to hide from the public for such a long time was so hard, both of us constantly wanted to walk out of our front door holding hands or just kiss whenever we wanted to. yes, we weren't allowed to come out, but there was always a fear of being judged and hated when we were allowed to. nobody wants to be judged, even if it's a complete stranger, it makes you beyond anxious. lou and i were very lucky that we had support from our families when we came out to them, but unfortunately that isn't the case for everybody. which is why lou and i have decided to open our own LGBTQ+ hotline/text service and charity. the hotline can be used by anybody, closeted people who need to be assured it's okay to be who they are and there will always be support from someone, people who are open about their sexuality but are experiencing bullying because of it or if you're a parent and need advice about any type of issue related. money raised for our charity will go towards research on AIDS and HIV, combat same-sex domestic abuse and fund suicide prevention training. the link in my bio will take you to the announcement video where we give you more information and link to our website!
